Called 3 or 4 times. No call back. No emails from Company apart from initial requesting I call.

First he was an hour late without a call. I had to call him. Then he came and looked around and stated the job was too complicated and decided to pass. It looks like this deal is only offered to do estimates.

He said he would call me back and never did.

Arrived later than thought but went right to work and finished job efficiently. Made sure we were satisfied that everything was working as expected. Advised on how to recycle old flourescent bulbs.

This experience does not install confidence in a potential customer.

This tells me I can't count on them, even if they ever do call me back, to get the job done. Please refund my money. Thanks!

After I purchased the deal they emailed and told me to contact them by phone and they have not responded as of yet after messages left. I am just cancelling the deal since it is for outside work and the weather is getting too cold.

Nothing went. He never responded.

There were some scheduling issues. They were not able to come out in time and we had to get the work done.

The deal said that someone would contact me in 2 business days; no one from Sparky has yet. I received an email reminder from Angie's List asking if they have, in which they haven't. This was when I went to look up the company and saw how terrible their customer service was, and decided it's probably best not to continue with their service.

Tim called me within a few hours after I purchased the "Big Deal" and made an appointment for a couple of days later. He arrived on time and did the work in about two hours. That included assembling the light fixtures (chandeliers). He was very careful of the furniture in the work area and didn't leave any mess. He willingly made some adjustments to the installations that I requested. I couldn't be more pleased with his work and highly recommend him.

They were wiring and helping install a bathroom fan. They kind of beat up the sheet rock in the bathroom. They were rather nonchalant about it and said it happens.

There were no issues with their customer service and I am awaiting a quote from them.

I ended up getting a refund. It was really hard to schedule with them. When they did come out, they were not very professional. They were not very responsive at all.

He installed the fan incorrectly, which I didn’t realize while he was here, but when my husband reached up to it to check it later, it came off completely. He had missed two bolts and left them in the box. The quality of the work was very poor. This was really bad especially since the fan was placed over my son’s bed. He also seemed to be in a hurry and was getting multiple calls during the job.

The work turned out very well. I liked the quickness with which they responded. The owner himself came out.

He called me right away and was on time for the appointment. He was very nice and got all the jobs done. I was pleased with it! He mounted a ceiling fan, replaced an outdoor entry light, and replaced the switch. He also checked the garage light for me. The price of the deal was great!

We signed up for the Big Deal (2 hours of electrical work for $99) in January and told Tim Wilhelm we didn't plan on using his services until about June or July. I called him back in June gave him our availablility and he chose a specific date from that time period which we agreed to. About a week before the appointment Tim called us to say he had a conflict in his schedule for the date we had agreed on, so we set up another date a couple of weeks later. When that day came and he didn't show up on time, I called him to ask if he was still coming. He said he had been in a fender bender the previous evening, and didn't think he could make it to the appointment because he thought he should go talk to his lawyer. I politely asked him what his lawyer was going to do for him, and suggested that he wouldn't be able to do much of anything until Tim had seen a doctor for "whiplash", and contacted his insurance company. I also gently told Tim that we had an appointment with him that we had scheduled around and waited for, and that we were counting on him to show up and do the work today. He seemed to accept all of that very well, and agreed that he would be at our home in about 30 minutes. Tim did show up at that time, and he got right to work hanging the pendant lamp from a raised ceiling, then changed a smoke alarm, and then changed two electrical outlets in the kitchen. He seemed to be very sure of what he was doing, and he was very efficient in his work. We had wanted to hang one more pendant light, but he did not bring a tall enough ladder to reach it. He stated that if we wanted, he would come back with another ladder at a later time and hang the second pendant light for "not more than $99.00". He was polite and pleasant throughout the entire time. As I mentioned above, this was a Big Deal of 2 hours of electrical work for $99, but we didn't have other electrical work for him so he left after about one hour and 20 minutes.

It was okay. He was easy to get along with and was results oriented and practical. He was also a good communicator, especially when we had to reschedule the service twice. He was also communicative about the arrival time.

I have been trying to contact the provider for over a month now and he still have not performed services. When we finally did contact him he missed two different appointments that he stated he would show up for, we have been way too patient and no longer want to work with this provider.

I tried in four different ways to contact this provider, who never responded with a service date, even after I spoke directly to him. This is not the quality I expect from vendors on Angie's List.

After purchasing the services, I had left 3-4 voices messages and sent an email over a 4-week period, and I never heard back from them. Finally after about 5 weeks, I heard back from Sparky Electric, and they came over the very next day to perform their services. That made up somewhat for my frustration of not hearing back for a month. Also, Tim was very friendly, apologized for the delay, and helped me remove a couple other broken bulbs from my light fixtures.

When I called them I had submitted dates of when I wanted service. He came out, but he couldn't do the work I wanted without tearing out walls. I had him look at something else and I was told I'd be given a quote. I haven't heard back, so I am cancelling the deal I purchased.

I bought the $99.00 special. It took a while to schedule the appointment but I was not in a huge hurry. I had the outlet boxes for the installation but was missing a fitting. He went to the store and bought all new outlet boxes so it cost $40 in parts in addition to the $99.00. The work was accomplished and appears to be functional but I thought his work methods were a bit sloppy. He accomplished the tasks I wanted completed but I would not have the confidence to hire him for a larger job.
