Randy's Electric

The tech was on time. He knew what he was doing and he didn't say much when I said it was iffy for 10+years and I admitted to not using the switch.

Great. Richard was on time, efficient, courteous, and did a great job.

Nick from Randy’s Electric arrived timely (with a call ahead). I appreciated the thoroughness, courtesy, and professionalism demonstrated. He had an apprentice with him who I hope is not only learning technical detail but also his customer service skills.

Works perfect. Replaced old wires, brought up to code.

Not only did Mike do this but he took a look around and gave us advice on other items. He installed needed GFI outlets to make sure we were up to code.

Jeff was very thorough in explaining the job and what exactly needed to be done. Any questions I asked he was very happy to explain. He was professional but very friendly and personable.

We will never hire anyone else. Nick has done three jobs for us now and he is fantastic! He is so knowledgeable and explains things very clearly. He thinks outside of the box and helped us come up with some good plans for a tricky problem. Always prompt, professional, and a pleasure to have around

PERFECT! Ben and Tom were very very good at what they do. It was a challenge to install that Light Fixture in a super high stairwell, but it is gorgeous and well worth it. I already got another estimate for installing another very high ceiling fixture. Thank you guys!

Mike Mueller was our technician and he did an amazing job! Accurate diagnosis of issues and offered a few solutions. Performed the work that day, was professional and executed quality workmanship. Got one other bid before this from Service Today and it was a joke… trying to have me believe we needed a lot more work done to fix the issue. Comparing actual quoted job to job (not even the extras), Service Today was ridiculously higher… it was a joke and an insult. Randy’s Electric has helped us before and I would recommend them highly.

Ben assessed the work to be don, and gave me an estimate. I agreed to the estimate and he proceeded with the work. Be was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He completed the work, and I approved everything he did. He mentioned a few issues I should be aware of, and answered my questions. I would definitely recommend Randy’s Electric, and Ben for electrical issues. Ben was very careful to keep my floor clean, and he was aware of all Covid precautions.

Mike was able to come out a few days earlier than scheduled. He diagnosed and gave me options and recommendations before starting any work. The work was accomplished quickly and neatly. Very satisfied; I would definitely have him out again.

I was super impressed by every aspect of Randy’s Electric. First, their scheduling is top-notch. The gentleman who answered the phone could not have been nicer and made me feel like I made his day simply by calling, and the woman who handled confirmation calls was also super friendly. Second, I received multiple confirmations by telephone, email and text. I had had various no-shows in the previous week by plumbing, a different electrician, and handyman vendors so I was very glad for the proactive confirmations and the awesome customer service by Randy’s Electric! The day of the appointment, I also received an email with my electrician’s name, photo and bio. Whoever is in charge of the Randy’s confirmation process, give that person a raise! Great idea and very welcome. Lastly, my electrician Tom Leahy could not have been nicer, more skilled, professional or efficient, and did a great job! I also asked him for a quote for additional building work on behalf of my condo association, as I would use Randy’s Electric again in a heartbeat. Outstanding experience!

I would definitely hire Randy's Electric again. Mike Mueller was the electrician today. Very professional and efficient. I especially appreciate the good/clear communication from the time I called and spoke with the receptionist all the way through completion of job. Receptionist clearly explained what I should expect (how pricing works, given options before work is done). Went exactly as she had described. I also received text and email reminders about the appointment (per my preference) and a 'heads-up' call from Mike when he was on his way. He was patient listening to my electrical questions and gave options for how to address the issues at varying price points. Thank you, Mike!
