The first bid was a total new system but Tom Leahy stated that I had a good junction box so with his experience and knowledge he remastered my 80’s Electrical system with the existing box. His knowledge and witty personality made him easy to talk to, it was like talking to a real friend. The other guys bid was thousands of dollars more. which would have giving me a new over priced electrically system. If you don’t go with Randy’s you are getting cheated.

+ 0 moreTechnicians were friendly. But they knowingly left me with a defective ceiling fan installed, and I had to hire someone else to come back out and install it. I would have willingly paid them extra to wait as I picked up a properly working ceiling fan from my nearby Home Depot ... but the offer wasn't even made. I called to note this disappointing experience and I was told that I could get a discount on someone coming back out to install it, but nothing more. Very disappointing customer service.

+ 1 moreBen was amazing. He called ahead of arriving and arrived on time. He always put booties on his shoes to ensure he didn't track in the house. Alwqys had drop cloths down to minimize cleanup and did an amazing job cleaning up after himself when he was done. On top of that he was friendly, conversational, and gave sound options and advice so we could make informed decisions that work best for us. Will definitely be using them again.

He is also very focused and intent on doing any job we give him well. He's also very personable and shares his knowledge with us and gives us excellent advice. Over the years he's done thousands of dollars of work for us. He also stands by his work. Randy's provides a lifetime warranty on workmanship.
Description of Work: Mike rewired the electric to the new kind of closed bottom dishwasher and put our dishwasher on its own panel in our main circuit breaker. How also tied it into the ground fault and air gap shock protection in our main board and our bypass switch and backup generator. He also checked the circuit in our garage where we use some power tools. The garage circuit checked out good. He also tied our sump pump up to our bypass board used when we use generator power. It's essential to have our sump pump working with the kinds of severe thunder storms we've had recently. It was not tied into our backup system before today.
