Description of Work: Randy's did competent work, but they had to come out a second time to fix some careless oversights the first time around. For instance, they pulled off some trim and left the nails in place. And they didn't label my replacement electrical panel the way I wanted, even though I had given them a diagram of how the old panel was labeled. They fixed both problems when they came out a second time. | |Also, they talked me into replacing my external electrical supply for an additional $1300 or so above the amount of the "Big Deal" that I paid to replace my internal panel. I have no way of knowing whether this was something that I should have had them do or whether they upsold me on something that was unnecessary.

Description of Work: We called and scheduled the service for Sept 9. Randy's called back and left a message saying they needed to reschedule it because it would take a full day. When we returned the call, I was told there are seldom no additional charges could be significant. I feel that should have been stated on the Big Deal offer, not after the purchase, so I cancelled the service call.

Description of Work: Randy's Electric Service was excellent in terms of courtesy, communication, knowledge and skill, efficiency and effectiveness. I would say Randy's Electric Service could, and perhaps should be the template for how to treat, work with, and satisfy customers. They certainly have their priorities straight and I would recommend their service unequivocally.
