Very professional service. From receiving the call, to processing/confirming the appointment, to completing the work, I was really impressed. I'm sure there are less expensive options but it was worth it and I highly recommend them.

Randy's electric responded promptly even though my request was on a weekend. They got me on the schedule early in the week and arrived at the scheduled time. They were professional and efficient and took the time to explain to me what they were doing so I could possible make future repairs.

Jared and Taven showed up on time and explained what they had to do, and why they had to do it. They were unable to provide a detailed invoice with prices included, which seemed a little odd.

It went great. We were able to schedule very quickly and they showed up on time even though there was crazy weather! Mike was helpful and gave me options to choose from before beginning any work. He was careful and the job was done better than I expected!

These two guys were efficient and professional. It was a pleasure to have them in my home because of their friendly personalities and attention to detail. They answered my questions and I learned much from them. They cleaned up well before they left.

Called to schedule service. They always try to schedule the technician that is familiar with your home which I appreciate. Given direct mobile number and email to your technician so that you can reach out whenever needed with just questions. For my most recent service call Zac Salfer was able to come the same day; called ahead of arrival. Assessed the situation. Provided multiple options and openly suggested the lessor priced option as step 1 of troubleshooting. Advantage of troubleshooting with Randy’s is that the price of each step comes off the next so you aren’t feeling like you are starting over, paying all over again because the first option didn’t solve the problem. Extremely knowledgeable technicians, never rushed to get to another job when they aren’t charging you by the hour. On this trip Zac found an unrelated hazard in the breaker box when working on my issue. If gone unnoticed, it could have easily caused a fire. Another plus with Randy’s, and this comes with the technician that knows you and your home-they look beyond the job at hand to be sure everything else looks safe. And not to create another opportunity for money for them, this is their way to build customer confidence and their customer service philosophy.

It went well. The faulting circuit was a wicked problem. Ty did a thorough analysis and arrived at an effective solution.

Short was where I thought. Found and fixed on Thanksgiving, no less!

A little struggle but mission accomplished. Note that Randy's was one of three companies recommended by Angie's. Two did not respond to my request for quote: not a single phone call or email response. Randy's responded promptly and did a nice job.

Perfect! The initial call to schedule the appointment was just about the most courteous, efficient, professional and pleasant contractor phone call I’ve ever made. A company called the day before to confirm the appointment, and on the day of, I received a text with an image of the technician for safety purposes. The technicians were punctual, professional and courteous. They gave me eight pricing options for various work, and didn’t bat an eyelash when I asked for a ninth, which is what we agreed upon. They left the area cleaner than it was when they got here, they were booties in my home, and I will continue to call Randy’s for electrical work!

Not well, I'm sure they do great work. I just fundamentally don't agree with their flat rate pricing which is not explained when you call. They dont charge time and materials. Quoted me $1,900.00 for two outlets, roughly 4 hours of work, almost $500.00/hour. I waited a week for them to come out contacted another electrician who laughed when I explained the work and their quote.

Mike Mueller is punctual, personable and professional. All upgrades and installations performed in timely fashion.

I was having issues and the electrician came in and figured out I had a bad existing 3 way switch that he replaced and everything worked perfectly.

Joe and his partner we’re just terrific! Efficient, conversational, and full of expertise! Replacing an electrical panel in a 100 year old house is no easy task, and they handled it with aplomb. Bravo! And they couldn’t have been nicer, to boot!

It was very smooth. However, I agreed to a ridiculous fee for the work done. The materials needed for these jobs were minor, yet it cost me over $700 for 2 hours of work. I felt put on the spot, thinking the work must be more complicated than it was. I was not assertive and admittedly never should have agreed to the fee. They won't quote you per hour, so once they get there, it's hard to turn them away. I feel used. In retrospect, I'll NEVER recommend them or their way of doing business.
