Excellent response, easy scheduling, great job analyzing the issue and explaining their solution and completing the job.

Joel is excellent! He explains everything in detail and also makes suggestions of what can be done without any pressure. He gave us the bid and did the work for us that same day. Will call him again for any more electrical needs that may arise.

Very happy from start to finish. Very easy to schedule (they came per schedule a week after we called). We had 4 non-functioning outlets, a non-functioning light fixture, and a switch that was erratic. they fixed everything within an hour, including replacing the light fixture.

I highly recommend Randy’s Electric - specifically Joel Hicks. Joel is extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and kind. I won’t use anyone else for my electrical needs.

Jonathan arrived as expected and was very professional through out, diagnosing the issues I needed to have corrected and providing a written estimate before beginning the work. Work was completed quickly and very satisfactorily. He also evaluated a couple of other issues that I asked about, and did not recommend work that I actually did not need.

Randy's was great to work with. Very accommodating as our project changed. Guy did a great job working through any questions that we had throughout the project. We will definitely use them for any future needs.

Honest & straightforward estimate, friendly and professional crew, fairly high cost, but high quality work. Only complaint is I had to sweep up a good amount of sawdust, pieces of cut wire and other bits that the electricians left behind in our basement and attic.

First Randy's customer service is great and got me scheduled quickly. Nick the electrician did a great job. He came on time. We reviewed the projects I wanted to be done. He talked to me about costs and what would be done. Nick explained options and asked my preferences. Nick completed the tasks was cleaned up from his work. I cannot say enough how much Nick was professional, respectful and got the work done and everything looks great. Nick was also patient about my dogs barking because he was a stranger.

We originally hired Randy’s in 2019 to perform an unexpected and very costly whole house rewire project to replace aluminum wire in a house we had recently purchased. Over the course of two weeks Jerakiah, our assigned electrician, and his team from Randy’s turned what could have been a tedious nightmare into a painless customer service experience. Since that time we have had to have Randy’s out a couple of time for follow-up warranty work and their responsiveness was speedy, the encounters were painless, and their attention to detail was impeccable. Tom, the project manager during our most recent encounter, was true to his word. He was attentive and responsive to our concerns, and performed above and beyond the call of duty representing our needs and interests with their vendors. Jerakiah and crew were, once again, excellent in their competence and pleasant manner. Overall, their service after the sale has been stellar. Randy’s Electric is not inexpensive but you will get the value, peace of mind, and responsiveness many contractors tout, but few actually deliver these days. Randy’s does all that and more. As such, we would not hesitate use Randy’s Electric in the future, or recommend them to anyone in need of a first class electrical contractor.

I needed a solid electrician without having to wait weeks. Everyone I spoke to recommended Randy's and when I added a note about getting in sooner if possible, as booking online, someone called me back the same day. Greg was thorough and professional and explained things very clearly, taking the time I needed, and them some, to discuss the overall electrical issues in our home. We'll be having them back no question.

Joel Hicks did a great job. Installation of two outlets went smoothly and the outlets were placed exactly where I wanted them. He also fixed lights that were not working and explained to me what he did and how I can fix it next time.

The two electricians who showed were top notch in every way. Very professional but the reason that I rated them fair was the extreme cost. I over paid for work completed. Additionally, the service charge is not applied as a credit to the bill once they arrive to fix an item. Would I hire them again? Probably not due to the super high cost of having them come out. Lesson learned.

Excellent, always prompt and professional- they aren’t cheap but their prices are reasonable and in line with other electricians, and they always get the job done - they find a way and make it look nice. It’s great to have a reliable place like this that does good work at a good price and all their people are well trained and very knowledgeable- I don’t feel like I need to second guess these guys. They do it right the first time every time.

Went great!!! They quoted the worst case price and explained the costs in advance. They finished it quickly and showed me how to use the motion sensors. It came in under the worst case which is awesome!!! I asked about some other work and got a quote as well!!! These folks were fantastic and I'll use them again!!!
