Great; Randy's is always timely & super professional.

It went great. It was very expensive, $400 for 3 light switches.

Richard did a phenomenal job of explaining how the work was going to be done and doing it efficiently!

It went beautifully. Dan not only installed the outlet but also installed the microwave which was not even included in the estimate. He did a perfect job on both. I got another estimate from someone from Angie's List and it was almost twice what Randy's was. Their follow up was also stellar. I can't say enough nice things about them. I wish every company was this competent and special.

Fine. Joe and Greg came at the time they said the would, explained everything to me and did the work in a timely manner. A little expensive but reliable electricians and plumbers aren't cheap.

I highly recommend Randy's. They were super responsive - immediately offered to chat when I went to their website, called 5 minutes after chatting, set up a next day appt but then offered to come by later that same day with no extra charge. They kept me informed of the process and cost implications all the way thru, since it was a trouble shooting issue and not straight forward. Very nice, polite and professional. I would hire them again and have been recommending them to everyone.

Called back right quickly after my initial inquiry. Able to provide an appointment within a few days. Polite and informative electrician. Only drawback was that I was expecting a lower price.

The company would not do the work because of the electrical panel is out of date. Grant handled the situation very well. I will hire them again.

11 am to 3.30 pm. The work had to be done. The real work time was less than 1/2 hour the rest was talk talk talk. They charge to come out that's ok. I have had this happen before this will be two times now. They test with there instruments to find what is wrong so they know. Then turn around and say the cost to find out what is wrong will be $700.00 to fix IF they say it's an easy fix. When they know it is from there instruments that it is an easy fix. I just feel I got soaked is all. The work had to be done no one twisted my arm. No one works for free but $700.00 is a chunk of money for 1/2 hours of work. The serviceman was nice and did not badger me. To me, $250.00 is more of a fair price to pay. But the work HAD to be done so they can charge that much because they can.

Quick efficient, I got a courtesy call 30 min before they arrived. Went above to make recommendations on how to make my house more safe, electrical wise.

NEVER ever hire Randy's electric company, they are perfect example of a con business. I called them to install 4 recess can lights in bedroom upstairs in a home which is 6 year old. It was a straight forward project to install the lights, where access to ceiling was simple thru attic. while scheduling the appointment, they said they cannot give a ballpark estimate of how much will it cost to do this project. My handyman was ready to do it for $200 (labor) + roughly $160 for material, so i thought since these guys have licensed electrician, they will do it may be double the labor cost, and I was ok with that. They guy who came to install the light asked me for $1800, and commented that the lights he has are color changing fancy ones, and I dont have a choice, and will have to use those lights if I want to work with them on the project. Totally ridiculous. On the top of it, when I asked for break of material and labor, his answer was it is standard pricing for recess light install, and there is no break-up available. Standard cost didnt exist when I scheduled appointment!!! I have to obviously send the person back, since I did not wanted to pay them this ridiculous amount. Now they are asking me for service change and have wasted my one PTO day at work, since I took off from work today. It gets even more interesting, after 10 minutes, his manager calls and offers me $300 discount to get the business.....This is how they work! I am totally dissapointed with them.

Was offered Randy's via a Angie's List deal. Didn't realize they DO NOT give free estimates. I gave detailed project specs in the quote request. All the other providers were able to give quote ranges based on the specs in my quote request over email. Randy's people only dispatch electricians. They cannot answer any questions or give any kind of estimates. You'll have to pay money and then haggle with the electrician.

Ty and his colleague went over the estimated cost of the job with me. The quoted price was a little less than I'd anticipated. They went ahead with the work, which included assembling the light fixture I'd purchased. To my surprise, they adjusted the price downward, as there already was a proper box in the ceiling. (I had been sure there wasn't.) The job ended up costing me a lot less than I'd expected. Everything went quickly. They cleaned up afterward perfectly. I'm thrilled with the work they did. Ty Iacono was a complete pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be calling Randy's Electric next time I need electrical work done.
