Great team, amazing communication and work!

Beginning with the first contact, the service was exemplary. Electrician, Richard, was on time, explained how they would check for the problem, provided an estimate up front. The professionalism was evident throughout the call. Randy's Electric receives five stars Plus from us.

It went fine. He showed up on short notice !! He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He offered me both short term and long term solutions. I chose the short term solution for now. Will be replacing the whole panel in the future !!

After we recovered from sticker shock, it went quite well and we are very satisfied with the outcome. Especially because our home is now less likely to catch fire.

Electrician was Very Helpful and explained the 3 different options for my situation.

Randy's had people available next-day, which was important to me. The guys showed up in the first half-hour of the window. They were wearing masks in respect to Covid recommendations. They quickly evaluated the jobs requirements, and provided a fixed price quote. Once I signed off on that, they finished a not-simple job in remarkably short time. It was tidy and efficient. Joel's interactions with me were polite, professional and informative. Over all, an excellent experience. Will definitely call Randy's with my next electrical needs!

Richard showed up promptly, give us multiple options for all electrical work we are planning to do over the next 6 months, along with completing the work we absolutely need to be done that day. The work was completed quickly and Richard was great. We will be having the company and Richard back to complete the rest of the work quoted. They were great.

Good! They got started same day as the quote. Were friendly, clean and had great ideas to make our house brighter!

The work took 2-3 days and went very smoothly. Scheduling and paperwork (contract and invoices) was organized and commitments were kept. Jared Geurts and Matt were professional and knowledgeable. Jared kept us informed along the way, answered all of our questions/requests and was a pleasure to work with.

It took/wasted 1.0 hour to try to figure out what’s wrong with the outlets no power. It finally gave up because it could not figure out why. Then it took a shortcut, unprofessional approach to connect the power to the outlets, and had the old outlets replaced, in about a half hour. The total cost is $585.00.

Excellent! Ben Sidle was our tech and he did a fantastic job. On time, efficient, effective and went above and beyond to meet and exceed our expectations...he even vacuumed up the Styrofoam from the chandelier box. Would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Nate was great! He was super friendly and very professional. I am a talker and like to ask a lot of questions, watch and understand the process, and Nate was great at being patient and talking through things and also got everything done really fast. I would highly recommend Randy’s Electric and Nate to anyone. Also the way they price by the job is really nice so there is no surprise costs and you know exactly how much you are going to pay.

Work was great, good people. The price seemed way out of line for an hour of work - fees are not based on the actual work involved.
