They completed the job one day after we confirmed with them. They were timely, neat and very thorough. They had to rebuild the structure in the attic to support the increased weight of the new heavier chandelier and explained every part of the job they did. A+

Zach was fantastic - professional, friendly, honest and highly skilled. He very quickly assessed the issue in the bathroom and in the basement and fixed both quickly and expertly. He also provided great advice on some additional work we were considering in the living room that likely saved us thousands of dollars. No question we'd hire Zach again!

I asked for quotes on a small job from five different companies and Randy's was the only one to call me back. We just needed a little work done to update a couple of lines and get them up to code and functional again. The techs also took the time to explain to me what current code is in the industry, which was most welcome. They also noted I had a surge supresor on one panel, but not a sub panel, so we added that in. As an IT guy with a lot of electronics around the house, keeping the numerous devices safe from a power surge is important to me. What the other installers fail to realize is a small job today may lead to bigger jobs down the line. My wife and I plan to rebuild our garage in the next year or two and install a level II charger for an electric vehicle as well as bring the house up to code as we finish remodeling it. The companies that didn't call me back won't even be asked to bid and the work will instead go to Randy's Electric.

The dishwasher wiring that Randy's installed in my home fried out 6 months after they did the work, almost causing a fire in my home. Luckily the circuit breaker enabled to cut power. In the doing the work, Randy's said my Bosch dishwasher had to be hardwired vs. how Bosch sent from the factory. Randy's rewired the Bosch wire box which did not work after they left and they had to come back out because the box was "arcing" and causing the circuit breaker to enact. This should have raised alarms with Randy's but no. Eventually the box melted down, which I did not initially know, causing us to purchase a new dishwasher only to find out by Warners Stellian that the box was fried. Randy's did engage in discussions on the topic but accepted no accountability, initially denying they even did the work. After pressing the issue they finally admitted to rewiring the box but said they can't accept accountability because it was provided by them. When pressed on why they would rewire a Bosch electrical box they would never support vs. installing their own box - they had no answer and said it was a good question. They admitted they should have probably installed their own box and not touched the Bosch box but would still not accept any accountability for their poor workmanship. I was glad to see Randy's admit they should approach these situations differently in the future but very disappointed they would not admit to fault here or warranty the work. Randy's did not act in good faith and I would not use them again. For reference, they were at my house for 4 hours and I was charged $2700 for the work (multiple small projects). They are one of the most expensive outfits you can hire and they claim you get what you pay for. Apparently I paid for a near fire in my house and a $1500 dishwasher opportunity. Disappointed.

Prompt service and fixed the problem. In and out and cleaned up afterwards which is a plus. They are a little high priced however.

Great! Dan was professional, helpful, and very easy to work with. He did the work well in a very timely fashion. The project was more than I anticipated but he was good at explaining why certain things were needed to complete the project.

We have had issues with the product installed (actually the issue is more with our house than the product) but Zac has come back time and time again with a smile on his face to trouble shoot at no additional charge. We are extremely happy with the customer service.

I was able to book an appointment not too far out, Dan and an assistant showed up on time and they were super considerate and efficient. This seemed a little expensive, but I did not shop around for a better price. Great experience - I would 100% book again.

Called for an emergency service to replace a main circuit breaker. Dan quoted $4600 to replace a the panel. I've owned multiple rentals and have replaced no less than 5 electrical panels and have never heard of such outrageous prices. The then quoted $450 to replace the main breaker, and that was on top of the $300 service call feel. When I told Dan the rates were unreasonable he copped an attitude and hung up. Call around and get prices from multiple electricians before calling Randy's

Jeremy did an AWESOME job! We absolutely love how our home looks now.

Ben was just great! Looked over the job requested and gave different bid options. Worked with what I'd like to have done and he executed my request to perfection. Being we have an older home with the knob and tube wiring, I will definitely go with Randy's Electric and request Ben to be my electrician.
