Randy's Electric

Everything went well. When Branden checked out our old electrical system, he gave us four options for the work we wanted to have done. He explained each option and gave us an estimate for each one. We chose the most detailed and expensive option that involved much more work than just installing a new outlet. The work involved a new AFCI & GFCI combo breaker installation, installing a new circuit for a 15-20 amp or 115-240 outlet (with new breaker and new wire to new outlet location), medium junction box, and a new outlet. He was here all day, and we are completely satisfied with the work he did, including a good cleanup job.

Zach did a great job. Randy’s contacted me because a time slot opened up before my scheduled appointment, so I got the job done earlier than expected. Zach was careful of our home and explained everything he was going to do. He evaluated the problem, replaced a thermostat and showed me how to work with the new interface. In and out within about 45 minutes. Would definitely recommend this outfit.

Jonathan was great. Very informative, professional. Answered many of our questions on safety and codes. We have been in our home for 30 years and thinking of selling. We learned much about our electrical system.

Mike Mueller of Randy's Electric did an excellent job of replacing two 1990's exterior lights with modern lights I had purchased on my own. The job was completed quickly and and as always, Mike was pleasant and answered all my questions including about a different electrical job I'll be hiring him to complete in the future. Zack give me a thorough explanation of all of the different things that would be involved in our projects, including the additional costs of complications that may be found. He told us these things up-front so that we wouldn’t be surprised. This is really helpful so that we can be strategic in which improvements we decide to do.

I left a previous review after Mike with Randy's Electric came out to look at the job I wanted completed. That went great and I stated that if I went forward with the project I would hire him. Well, I went forward with the project and could not be happier. Everything went smooth on the date of installation. After discussing the location of the plug in site Mike thought the best location would be in a spot which required him to do extra wiring but there was no change in cost. He was excellent at explaining what he was doing and answering my questions. He even took the time to test everything with the generator hooked up to the transfer switch to make sure we everything worked properly. I have more electrical projects coming up and will definitely be hiring Mike at Randy's Electric. I recommend you do too! Oh and a really great perk is that Randy's Electric offers "same as cash" financing. I applied ahead of the start date and the process was super quick and easy. That really helped out.

Randy's Electric was organized and customer-service oriented in scheduling the service appointment. Great job up front at explaining service process and work and trip fees. Good communication about scheduling and arrival time. Branden arrived with necessary supplies stocked on his truck, explained several options for both fixtures and the fees. (Put on shoe protectors inside the house without me asking.) Extremely polite, answered questions, went above and beyond in repairing the porch light fixture. When it turned out an interior switch did not need to be replaced as planned, that was removed from the bill. I am very pleased.

Mike Mueller was great. He understood what I wanted done, checked our electrical panel and provided me with estimates. He was very detailed and helpful. If I go forward with this project I will definitely hire Mike from Randy's.

Had under cabinet lighting installed several years ago and recently part of lights went out and needed to be repaired. Randy's Electric backed up their workmanship and replaced the lighting and rewired the lighting so the lights would not go out as easily. This was at no cost to us. We are very pleased with the service at Randy's Electric and would highly recommend them.

I received a prompt response to my request for an estimate. During the initial visit, Mike gave me a thorough, complete, and prompt estimate educating me on my current electrical system and the work to be done. Bob was responsive, friendly, flexible and easy to work with during the scheduling and billing process. Joe and Brian were friendly and professional explaining the work and answering all my questions. They communicated clearly through the whole process. Joe and Brian worked so hard to upgrade our electrical panel from fuses to breakers. They also installed an outdoor meter on the side of our house. They were very thorough and took their time to make sure the work was done right. They worked from 8 am to 6ish pm the first day. Then they came back the next morning to finish the work once again making sure everything was done properly. I even got estimates for more electrical work we need to get done! I highly recommend Randy's Electric and the professionals I referred to above.
