I called and talked to Troy in the end of April to get an estimate and he arrived on time, gave me a great price. Professional Mechanical showed up on time to tear out my Furnace and AC (and new humidifier) and replace with a High Efficiency unit. They were professional (as their name states) and had the work done in the time the quoted by the first of May. I have recommended them to others that have had the same experience!

Our technician was friendly and fast. He discovered the blockage right away and made the necessary corrections and solved our problem. We booked him through the home smart plan with xcel energy.

I went to check on my Mom's townhouse in Chaska as she was in AZ for the winter. The furnace had stopped working and the house was 38 degrees. I called Professional Mechanical Service, the phone was answered promptly and this person said he would contact a technician in the area of Chaska. He called me back within 10 minutes and said that Zach would be calling me to tell me when he would be there (this was 1:15pm). Zach called me back immediately and said he would be there by 2pm. Zach arrived at 1:50pm. He diagnosed the problem immediately and installed the defective part within 20 minutes. He also saved me $ by telling me I could install my own new thermostat which wasn't working properly either. Impressed with the seamless communication and exceptional service.

i assume they did a ok job on the furnace and central air, however, they did not leave instructions for neither and it was a hassle to get them to provide the booklets. I made the mistake of paying him in full before all the work was completed and I had a difficult time reaching him to clean the air ducts. A couple of weeks after I moved in the kitchen sink was clogged, I use mesh strainers in the sinks so I know there wasnt anything stuck and also looked in the elbow pipe and there was nothing clogging. We are trying to get the company to come out and fix the pipes in the kitchen, I believe the pipes used in the kitchen are too small. We have been trying for a week to get them out here and fix the problem, At first the owner of the company said he would get us on his schedule and come out, then when we call him, he always has an excuse or blames his plummer for not contacting us. Working with this company has been a big headache! They are reasonably priced but beware! Next time I would pay a little more for good quality work. I wouildnt recommend them to anyone and I am also going to contact the BBB.

I wanted a condensate pump on the A/C and furnace so that the condensation didn't have to drain through a garden hose on my basement floor. I also had purchased a new (and quite expensive) fan for the bathroom; the electrician had wired it but it needed to be vented.Professional Mechanical's price was very reasonable and the installation seemed to go smoothly. The condensate pump looks great and works fine. The only problem was that the bath fan did not work as it was supposed to: it was supposed to run continuously at low speed and then go up to high speed when it sensed movement in the room. Instead, it ran continuously on high speed. I looked at the installation instructions and found that this is caused by an obstruction in the venting. It turned out that about four extra feet of the flexible tubing had been stuffed into the space between the ceiling and the floor above. Fortunately, my carpenter discovered this and removed the extra flex. Now the fan works correctly.

Actually I didn’t dislike anything. I thought he was knowledgeable and pleasant. He was professional and he knew what he was doing. He did a good job. His price was comparable because he was pretty much in the middle of everyone else. He was very friendly and punctual. He was good. I would recommend him. I had some other people come in and give me an estimate, and they were way over $600 or $700. He was pretty much at a lower end and I was happy with what he did. I will use his services again in the future.

All our phone calls (and emails) were returned quickly. The price for the job seemed reasonable to us, though we didn't shop around. They came recommended to us from a trusted source and we proceeded with the work as it met our budget. The work was done on time and we've had no troubles so far. There was a bit of drywall dust on the floor in one of the rooms, but overall the job site was clean when the work was completed. PMS handled pulling permits and everything passed. Overall we were very pleased with the work. It also looks and feels good.
