They were everything you would hope for in a company. They were prompt and answered all my questions. They gave me options and didn't pressure me into anything unneeded. They were very accommodating to our budget and flexible. They answered many of my questions.

What a painless experience. All went extremely well from sales pitch to install to cleanup. Sales person was straight forward, quick to tell me what I didn't need to have done, but straight forward in what I did need to have done. Install folks came 2 days later (old furnace was still working). Came exactly on time, finished when they said they would. Install was perfect, brought 3 items up to code, no extra charge. Spotless cleanup. I am very impressed with the total package, and like the furnace a lot.

We considered two companies (AirTech being the other). We really liked both. Due to us being Costco members, the rebates we received from Costco really separated Marsh and their Lennox products from the AirTech/Daikin products price-wise a difference of ~$4000. Our furnace had been shut down due to a cracked heat exchanger. Thank God it was the warm few weeks in early Dec. We were able to get a Marsh crew in here within a few days of their sales rep coming out. Loving the new furnace, and I'm sure we'll love the air conditioner come summer. Also excited to see a big cut in our energy bills. Our housing inspector did note one correction needed when inspecting the air conditioner--the outside hose to the air conditioner now requires a protective wrap to prevent weather-wear (new code in Woodbury in 2015). Marsh sent someone out within a couple of days to get it taken care of. Overall very happy with the value received from Marsh/Costco.

Our house has a whole-house furnace/AC unit and a smaller unit for an addition we put on 14 years ago. The smaller unit stopped putting out heat on Saturday.After searching through numerous furnace-repair places, we finally chose Marsh because they were responsive, accommodating with their schedule (It is Christmas week), and friendly on the phone. We were not at all disappointed. Perry couldn't have been nicer, more efficient, more professional, or more trustworthy. When I told him that I had replaced the thermostat to see if that was the problem (It wasn't), he said, "you know I have to charge more if your try and fix it yourself." Big smile. I knew we would get along great. In short order he determined the control panel had a few questionable resisters on it and needed to be replaced. He fortunately had one in his truck--fortunate because Magic-Pak furnaces aren't all that common. As it turns out, they charge cost for parts, which is great. So he replaced that part and finished tuning up that furnace, then went down to the main furnace and tuned that up, too. He said the carbon monoxide was coming out a little too high, so he turned down the burners a bit, and that fixed it, plus made the burner burn more efficiently. I recalled seeing several nightmare stories about technicians telling people they needed to replace their furnaces because of high carbon monoxide levels, so I was grateful that he simply made the adjustment. In short, it was a great experience. First time we've used them (and while this glowing review might sound fake, I honestly hadn't heard of them until my wife found them on Angie's List) , but it won't be the last. I'll definitely bring them out every year to do tune-ups from now on. I'd avoided that in the past because of all the up-selling that goes on. Great to have a furnace/AC repair service I can trust.

I called Marsh because my air conditioning unit quit working during Labor Day weekend, which was hot and humid. I called the number to request '24 Hour Emergency Service' to repair the air conditioning unit. The answering service took my name/number and would have the on-call technician call me. Within 30 minutes, Dave called and gave me an estimate of the costs. We scheduled an appointment for the next morning. 1 hour after I got off the phone with Dave, my doorbell rang (9:00 p.m.) ---- it's Dave. He was only 1/2 mile from my home when he got my call and decided to drop by to repair the air conditioning unit. I was surprised that someone rang the doorbell at 9:00 at night...and even more (pleasantly) surprised to see that it was someone from Marsh. I gladly welcomed him and showed him the issue. After 45 minutes, Dave had replaced the capacitor on my air conditioning unit and my family had a comfortable night of sleep. Even better, I went to bed knowing that great service is still alive and well in our society. Thanks Dave!

They came out the same morning I called to report my A/C wasnt working right. Showed me the main problem was simply VERY dirty coils on the outdoor unit. Cleaned them off, topped off the freon, and we're good to go. No up-selling or pestering me to buy a service contract or anything, just plain old fashioned honest repair work. Looking forward to working with them again.

He was not able to check the freon level because it was too cool here. However, he said that if it is not working properly when you need it, let us know -but my air conditioner is working fine and so I think the freon level is fine. I am very pleased with that company.

We were referred to Marsh by Costco last year and have used them for routine maintenance and unexpected repair for our heating and AC systems since. They were able to schedule me for an AC tuneup on the same day (almost unheard of in the summer). The tech thoroughly tested the system, added 1 lb refrigerant (it was 1/2 pound low) and cleaned the outdoor unit. The main reason we like Marsh is that it's not just a sales pitch. I swear the techs are paid by sales commission at the other places (e.g. Air Mechanical) because at the slightest sign of a problem they're pushing HARD for you to buy a whole new system. Marsh only hires experienced techs that are interested in educating the customer so I can make an informed decision on my own. I highly recommend this local family-owned business. Their customer service is stellar and their prices are fair.

Marsh Heating and Air Conditioning had been recommended to me by a friend. I contacted them for a bid to replace the furnace in a townhouse that I was preparing to put on the market. Kelly Marsh worked with me directly. He went to the townhouse and wrote up the bid the following day. I was happy to receive it so quickly. I accepted the bid and signed off on them doing the work. Just days later, they installed the new Lennox furnace and hauled the old one away. The replacement job was beautifully done, and my townhouse was so clean that I couldn't even tell that they had been there. I was very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely work with Marsh Heating again.

Marsh was wonderful to deal with. From the quote to the install they answered all of our questions. We got a timeline of 1 month but we were called a week later that they had an opening the next day and it was ours if we wanted it. The installers did a wonderful job and even made an air return bigger and added a vent into the basement. We found them through Costco and the price was very reasonable for a Lennox. The approx cost is after all our rebates.

They did an amazing job doing the installation. These guys were on time, worked hard till it was done and cleaned up every thing. They were professional and very friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better job. Theses guys are good!

Kelly provided the estimate and was very thorough and honest. He provided us with options for keeping our current HVAC system and what the cost would be for the new one. The installers were courteous and left the work site clean at the end of each day. When the inspector came he commented on the quality of work he always sees when he inspects Marsh installations.

Arrived when they said they would. Brought floor covering to eliminate tracking in. Professional installation and checked function. Cleaned up before leaving. Took old furnace for disposal. Follow up call. Would definitely use Marsh again.

Furnace was not working called Marsh the company that installed our Furnace. The technician was friendly and helpful over the phone; asking questions, speculating diagnostics, clarified $120 service cost and $50 emergency service charge. Explained that if it was the heat sensor, as he suspected, that $170 would be all that we would be charged. He said he was a 1/2 hour out was on his way. He arrived promptly, was courteous and polite, he explained what he was doing, what he was observing and what he was looking for. He explained that he did, in fact, think it was the heat sensor and was going to clean it off, re-install it, and see if that fixed the problem. He said if that didn't fix it he would have to see what was causing the furnace to shut down. He removed the sensor, showing my husband and I how corroded it had become, cleaned it off, re-installed it, re-started the furnace and Wa La it worked. The sweet heat started to flow back through our house. We were very happy. Our Tech then quickly reassembled things, said the amount would be $170, explained he'd write the invoice up in his truck and be right back in for payment and listed the various forms of payment they accepting. When our tech returned from the truck, processed, and received payment, again he was very professional, polite, and courteous. He shook our hands and wished us a good night. We're happy and toasty warm!

During a very hot week last summer, my A/C began blowing hot air into the house. I looked for dealers in the area that specialized in Lennox A/C units, and came across Marsh. They were out the next day to detect a leak and recharge the unit. It was then determined that I needed a new compressor. Through discussion, I was informed that my A/C was still under warranty for all parts. I thought this would be a long process getting warranty validation, but the whole event took about three days. The individual doing the repair was very professional and polite. I did have to pay for all labor charges, but the entire process was well worth it. Marsh Heating and A/C was very responsive and I would certainly use them in the future.

I liked the work they did. I up-scaled or upgraded my stuff. The installers were well above what I've seen in other homes. In other words, I think he used an installing crew that did not work for him but they're probably freelance. Whoever they used that's all they did, is just install furnace and air conditioning systems. They did a top-notch job for me! I've referred him several times and I've had people look at my installation because it's neat and tidy versus some sloppy jobs that I've seen elsewhere. Their price was no better than other areas. We tied in a whole bunch of economic stuff and rebates tied to it so it wasn't really that very expensive; 7200 was his price but I got a bunch of rebates and stuff too. He would call back out of the blue to see how things were going. They were right on time with everything. The professionalism of the installation was very good and the guy who sold from Marsh was very good too.

The salesman came to my home and was very helpful. Unfortunately, it was much more expensive than other quotes and they did not have adequate financing for me either.

My furnace was shut down when it was tune up by another company because it was leaking CO. I did some research on internec found Lennox is good brand to trust, contact two Lennox dealer, got both quotes, From costco I got Marsh heating, his quotes a little higher than another company, but later he matched the price. I got extra costco warranty. The worker come on the morning and finished their job right on time. The new furnace is 97 percent of efficiency and noise are much lower than before. They also installed new humidifier, it runs good too.

remove the old furnace and air conditioner, and replace with a new unit. A written estimate was provided, and the work was done exactly on time and in the manner specified. The technicians were professional and thorough. Overall finish is excellent. They really went the extra mile to get it right.

From the original visit by Kelly to give me a quote in early October 2011 and again in late June of 2012, the scheduling and installation of both units went smoothly. Both were completed in one day. The furnace was installed in October 2011 and the air conditioner in July 2012. A very successful installation.

Unlike other companies we contacted for estimates, this company did not use pressure or evasive sales tactics. The product information was clear and options were explained. Prices were explained and given for various combinations of equipment available. The salesperson was readily available, returned our calls and patiently answered all our questions. The installers arrived on time, were professional, explained what they were doing and explained the equipments and its operation when they were done. They completed the job in the stated amount of time. They cleaned up afterwards. When the city inspector came out, per regulations, we were told it was "a good install".

While the overall system was not inexpensive, it was a great value when you consider rebates from utility companies, tax credits, and a big Costco gift card. The real value came from having the guys at Marsh install the system. Because of the structure of my house, the install was originally going to have to run through my roof and then out the side of the house. The installation team found a better way for the intake and outflow pipes to run through the side of the house. They then went above and beyond and sheetrocked over the pipes in the garage. The team submitted the installation to Lennox for an internal competition and won! The team is really great and will not stop until you are completely satisfied and then some.

Free in home estimate went well- Scheduled our appointment for when I was available not when they were. Work was performed exactly how the Project Manager Jay told me it would, no surprises! It was a 2 day job, they cleaned up great after the work was performed. Great experience!

They were very prompt, and courteous. The job was efficiently finished without a hitch.

They were prompt and responsive but I had to wait for almost a week for the part to be available; it was not their fault. They had to come out twice. They had initially quoted the price as around $400 but at the end it came up to $650. They should have told me the actual price. I would use them again in the future.
