Steve gave us a detailed estimate with drawings and was quite amenable to making a few changes before work began Everything went smoothly. We are thrilled with the finished product.

Steve came and measured our closets and helped us best decide layout for our needs. He sent us an estimate the same day and we set a date for installation less than a week later. Todd the installer came and the closets were completely done in aprox, 3 three hours. We were very pleased from start to finish. Our closets look and function awesome. We look forward to having them do more closets for us.

Overall, we were happy with our closets. The company has a VERY competitive price. Most of the other reviews are of Steve - unfortunately, he was overextended and asked if we would work with Scott. I wish we had waited and went with Steve. Scott's communication skills need some work - the thing we were frustrated with was that we would ask for certain thing in our designs and he would eventually respond, but wouldn't address things we had asked him to. It seems like we wasted a couple weeks just trying to get the estimate the way we wanted. For example, we wanted shelves for our son's closet so we could replace his dresser - we received the estimate without a shelf worked in at all. In the end, Scott came to install and I noticed he had forgot the tie accessory (which we had paid for) - I had to send follow-up emails to ask him to drop it off. He eventually did but we still haven't installed it - there's no hardware for it and we haven't had the time. In conclusion, very competitive price - we are happy with our closets (we had 6 closets done) - insist Steve do it!

They were very attentive, cleaned up after themselves. I will recommend them in the future. They did great job.

Steve had put closet organizers in three of our other closets several years ago - and we absolutely love them. We had our basement remodeled and had a new bedroom and closet added and we wanted several shelves and a bookshelve installed in the new closet. Steve stopped by the day after I contacted him. He met with my husband to talk through what we were looking for and to take measurements. That evening he emailed a file with two options for us to choose from. Both were great! He ordered the shelves and installed them the following week. The designs were great - Steve was right on time - the price was incredibly reasonable, and we LOVE the closet. He does a fantastic job!!

EXcellent design help, craftsmanship and scheduling

We converted one of spare rooms into a walk in closet and after bids from at least 4 other vendors we settled on Home Options and we were not disappointed. Steve the owner is very professional and helpful in making suggestions. He worked with our remodelling contract and they were impressed to. He came number of times at our place, laid out the outline of the closets and accommodated our needs without any fuss.

The shelf in the bedroom closet collapsed, ripping out the drywall. Steve came out within a couple days and suggested designs. We hired a painter to fix the drywall and paint both closets. In the meantime, Steve sent us several design options which responded well to our needs and specifications. His computer program helps you to visualize what the closets will look like. Todd installed the closets; he was very friendly and professional and cleaned up all the mess. We really like the results; all our clothes and shoes fit in the closets very well and they look great.

Working with Steve was so easy! He's very professional and the quality of his work is top notch! We are very pleased with our closet system!

Steve is HIGHLY recommended. He was very helpful in designing the closet spaces we needed and made great recommendations. He was very prompt, tidy and extremely friendly. He and Todd went above and beyond and fixed my closet doors, when they didn't even need to. You will be happy you went with Home Options.

We originally wanted closet organizers for our two reach-in master bedroom closets. He worked with both me and my wife to design the best solution for each of our closets. While he was there we also had him design a solution for two more closets in my sons bedroom. When he sent the price for all 4 two days later we decided to go ahead and do all four. Steve and his installed were very prompt and professional. Great experience.

It went great. Steve went above - their office is very close to our home, so Steve offered to do some demo work in the closet for us for a very reasonable price. (It only took him about 15 minutes, but it helped us out alot.)

He was very professional. He was very open to my suggestions. He is an amazing worker. He works efficiently and quickly. His prices were great and he is very neat. He was also very flexible. He was supposed to come on a certain day, but the closet wasn't painted yet, so he had to come back another day--and that was totally fine with him. He was going to put up a wooden towel rack. I wanted acrylic. So he went out and shopped for an acrylic towel hook rack as I suggested. He has excellent customer service and I plan on having him back.

Two closets were in need of updating. Steve, the owner, provided a timely & reasonable estimate. After listening to me ramble on about my non-user friendly closets, he took measurements & e-mailed a proposal, along with drafts of the finished look. He obviously paid close attention to what I needed, because the drafts required no changes on my part. My husband & I prepared the closets by tearing out the old shelving & painting. Steve & another gentleman arrived on-time to reconstruct the closets. Each worked on a separate closet & were finished in under 2 hours. No cleaning required on my part. No mess of any kind was left behind. I LOVE my new closets. I have never been more organized. Thank You!!

All aspects were excellent. Steve was very helpful in designing a closet that would meet our needs. He was excellent in pointing out the pros and cons of different options. He also creatively worked around some installation barriers presented by our area.

This is our second time working with Steve and again, it was an incredible experience! We decided to turn our very-large laundry room into a combination laundry room/office/storage area. Steve was either on-time or early for his appointments with me. He offered a very reasonable estimate for the 3 walls of shelves and the angled desk we wanted to have installed, and produced a wonderful picture so we could see what it would look like when it was done! He also let us schedule the installation date, which was so helpful because it allowed us to get the room painted beforehand! On installation day, Steve and his assistant were early, which meant they finished significantly before they had told me they would. The room even looked cleaner when they left than when they went in, so I suspect that they did some additional cleaning when I wasn't looking - how's that for service? Everything looks absolutely fantastic - three 8-foot wire shelves, three 5.5-foot laminate book shelves, and a 21-shelf laminate storage unit on the third wall, plus the desk and drawers installed at a height I can work with. It makes me wish I had thought of taking before/after pictures to show what an amazing difference their work made. And as an added bonus, their final price came in below the estimate!

He was personable, professional, worked with me to get what we wanted in terms of layout and finish. The install was quick and clean. We love our new closet and are pleased with the materials and sturdiness. The price was great compared to the other bid we got.

I called Steve and he forwarded my contact information to Mike who handles the St. Paul area. Mike called me promptly and we scheduled a time for him to come to our house, measure, and give us his recommendations and estimates. He arrived on time on a Sat. morning. He made several on-the-spot recommendations and then emailed the designs on Sunday morning. We eventually went with his recommendations. We had a small window of time for installation and Mike made that work even though he had a personal commitment later that day. Everything has gone very well.

Steve came out to provide an estimate within a day or two of contacting him. He was very professional and offered a lot of helpful design ideas. He emailed sketches/pictures that same evening offering three different options for the master bedroom. It was nice to have pictures to visualize what the finished product would look like. He was able to schedule the work within a week of placing the order and installed everything the same day. He was always very punctual when coming to our house and responded to emails and messages right away. We had a couple of minor changes and additions, and Steve was more than happy to come out again to assist with those changes. We received some other estimates, but Steve was the most professional and had one of the best prices. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Steve was prompt and helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. He visited our house on 9/27/2007. As we walked around the house, he offered helpful suggestions about design, color of hooks and shelving, edgebanding, etc. Steve e-mailed designs and a quote to me that evening. His designs maximized the use of our space. He arrived with his crew on 10/9/2007 and installed the closets. We love them! Steve's crew was helpful and polite. He asked me to call him if I had any questions about the shelving or needed any help with it in the future, but the job seems so well done, I doubt I'll need him anymore.

The owner Steve Jorgensen responded quickly to our call and came over to do an estimate within a couple of days. He drew up a detailed plan on site. The closet was installed on time and we were very pleased with his pleasant manner and professional work. The closet has shelves, drawers, and garment rods designed to our specific needs. We had two other estimates and Home Options was the best price for what we got.

He was great on the 3 existing closet designs, but I also needed 2 closets built from scratch which was outside of the services that he performed. I went with CA Closets instead but would have used him if I would have only needed the 3 existing closets.

The first consultation was scheduled quickly, and Steve was prompt and professional. He provided various options, and within a day, he emailed us the computer sketches with an estimate. The installation process was done well. The installer arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. We would highly recommend this company.

The work was extremely well done. Steve and his team were thorough and knowledgeable. He sent us computer models of the closets so that we can understand what the final result will look like. Installation of the new closet was a breeze! The team was efficient and punctual. Overall, a great experience !
