got the special through Angie's. First scheduled time was a no show so emailed and was told I had the "wrong Thursday." Gave benefit of the doubt and again was a no show, no call, no text, no email for the next Thursday. I also called and sent emails BEFORE the appointment

They did not show up for scheduled appointment or call to explain why they didn't come. When I left a voice mail message to find out what happened, they did not call back. A bad experience.

The company did not show up for the repair; no show, no call.

Did overall inspection of door, rollers track and springs. Oiled rollers and made some recommendations.

Terrific. They were responsive, on time, professional, and did the job quickly.

Excellent. Always as expected and no price or scope creep.

Took a while to get together, and in fairness the cold weather did not help

Saw all the great review and called Rob at Champion Garage door to get quote and availability. after getting several quotes and and repair times came back to Champion because price and service time worked best. Next morning Chris called to let me know what time he would arrive. Arrived on time, got right to work and got everything done around 30 minutes time. Chris was very professional, took the time to explain what happened, what he was doing, and how to keep garage door properly maintained. If you have ANY garage door issues Champion Garage door is the only number to call

Technician was thorough in checking everything out. He explained what preventative maintenance should be done and he also answered all my questions.

The initial work was good. However, the motor on our LiftMaster opener died a year and a half later. The technician blamed it on us and after speaking to the owner, wanted us to pay another $275 to have it replaced. Extremely disappointed with the follow-up service.

Excellent! Our installer did a great job of removing and installing our new garage door. Additionally, he gave me a lesson in why NOT to help remove a garage door. There is A LOT of tension on those cables!! As he told me, "harder than it looks, isn't it?"

Never went at all because I could not reach them.

Not well. They called to schedule the tuneup but then never showed up. Repeated attempts to contact them went unanswered. I requested and received a refund from Angie's List.

Chris was very nice and greased the door, checked it out and gave me a new opener. He said it was in good shape but needed a new seal on the bottom. It was too cold to do now, so will do in the Spring.

He fixed it. It was installed incorrectly.

They were fast and efficient and the new opener works fine. The door is much less squeaky after the adjustments. The installer took time to explain the new system.

Great job, and great cooperation with the company. They delivered the door early so I could paint it to match my other doors. Competitive pricing. Definitely would hire again.

Rob came on time, immediately analyzed the issues and gave me an estimate and proceeded to fix it very quickly. The door now closes much more smoothly and quietly and I feel very confident everything got fixed. Rob also evaluated the motor and gave me a summary. He was very professional and efficient

Fine -- adjustments were made. We will eventually need a new track.

liftmaster door opener, nylon rollers and bottom seal. Installation took about an hour showed me how to maintain the rollers and how to maintain the door opener.

They showed up timely, identified the problem and completed the repairs well. The door opened quietly and smoothly when they were done.

The service tech was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

A steel vertical support beam on garage door snapped. It was the one the garage door opener was connected to. Left a message at 10:50 am and quickly received a call back. They were able to come out the next morning. Can't remember the name of the guy that showed up (sorry) wish I could because he was great! Really hustled to get the work done quickly. While making the repair he educated us on garage door maintenance (who knew they needed maintenance!) and what we should watch for to avoid costly repairs. He was very efficient, and was neat and professional in performing the work. Will definitely use again.

I discovered the problem as I tried to leave for work. Champion answered the phone on the second ring before 7:30am. They had Chris to my house within about an hour. Chris was fantastic - professional, friendly and speedy. Had it fixed in about 20 minutes and for a very reasonable cost. He also checked over the door and opener to make sure everything else was right. What a great experience!
