tradeI coudn't have been more pleased with the installation. THe craftsman they sent was one of the most meticulous and organized in the trades. I all sincerity, I wish all my problems could be taken care of people like them.

The technician inspected our 2 single garage doors, one of which was having problems sticking. He did routine maintenance and installed a new bottom seal on one door. He then pointed out areas where the original installation had been done incorrectly, and gave me a reasonable estimate for someone else to come out and do some fixes. I scheduled the second appointment, but the second technician could only do a few small things to help the situation -- he said that they really would have to order new doors that fit properly (it's a tricky tuck-under garage) to make the doors work smoothly. He didn't charge me for the second appointment, which I really appreciated. Both technicians were prompt and professional.

Excellent service. Fixed the problem to give us as much life as possible out of a door that will eventually need to be replaced. Gave helpful tips to new homeowners on how to use the door opener and reminded to call him for any problems. Will definitely use again.

Came home to a broken garage door spring last night. Got on Angie's List, found Champion. Called, they could get me in first thing this morning. Tech called me before he left the shop, which was appreciated. Got here, went to work on the spring, took about an hour. While here, I asked him to take a look at the rest of the door, see if anything needed addressing.He recommended replacing the rollers, which I agreed to (previous owner had done no maintenance for years). Another 10 minutes and the job was done. Tech arrived in the timeframe given, was courteous, cleaned up after himself, and didn't recommend anything more than absolutely necessary, I appreciated that, as a single woman several other service providers have recommended way more than I knew was necessary. (I have a background in construction.) I was surprised at how low the price was - I was expecting the total cost to be double what I was charged. Very pleased with the end result. Will use Champion again and recommend if anyone else has issues with their garage door.

The technician was thorough and courteous. The best part of the service was that he had a replacement garage door opener in his truck and programmed it in a couple of minutes! I'd been missing mine for a couple of years. YAY!

The technician was very professional. He explained that the rollers were not completely worn but they would need to be replaced in the near future. I opted to replace the rollers at this time. I knew the key pad needed to be replaced and he replaced it. He was efficient and finished the job in a timely manner. Thank you Champion Garage Doors for a job well done!!!

It went very well. I was pleased overall with the service. The garage door was more quiet after the tune-up.

Garage spring broke about 4:15 pm Friday 12-19-14 with all my vehicles in garage. Fairly new to MN so I called one company that was very close to my home and they wanted $450 for "emergency service". They were not open on the weekend and obviously did not want to work then either. It would be less than $200 if they came on Monday. I did schedule for Monday just to have a plan. Then I called Champion. Their company name is appropriate!! They are fantastic!! I was on the schedule for Saturday morning with a price for the repair on the phone! Service Technician Rob called me when he was about 10 minutes from my home. He was very courteous, friendly and got right to work. He found a slight issue with the bearings that could wait but he was there so I wanted them replaced. I felt Rob wanted to do the job right the first time and reduce the risk of having any problems later. He was done in about 45 minutes. It probably would have been sooner if I didn't ask so many questions:) I am appreciative because Rob did give me some good information about my garage door and opener during the repair and general inspection. Champion Garage Doors is my company of choice! If anyone asks me who to call; it will be them!!!!!!! I feel that I have a garage door company that is in my corner with fair pricing and great customer service. I will call the other company on Monday and cancel my service call and they lost a customer forever.

Mike was able to come out the same day and replace the springs that broke. He was professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Within 45 minutes he had the old springs off the door and new ones installed. He inspected the rest of the system and assured me that everything else looked good. He pointed out a few items that could be done by either himself or me, but there was no pressure to do them. Lastly, he showed me how to properly lubricate the door and parts. Excellent service provider, would highly recommend.

Everything went fine, he was friendly, it's a pretty basic check. He recommended some things I could probably do myself, which I appreciated.

Realized garage door opener was broken at 2:35 PM. Called Champion - woman on phone thought it was probably the springs that were broken. She took my info and said someone would get back to me. 30 minutes later the tech called to say he was on his way. The door was fixed by 3:45 PM. Awesome service, I've never had something fixed so quickly and for such a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

They came out a month after I paid for the service. I'm not happy with it. When the guy came it was nice, but it took so long for them to come out.

Technician was punctual & professional. Gave a thorough explanation of the work to be performed. Performed the work and explained the results and made recommendations. Very pleased. Highly recommend this provider.

It made the door perform like new.

They did it fast and did it right away all in the same day. Everything was great. They were very professional. They got the job done in a couple of hours. I will only use them. The worker was very professional, punctual, and cleaned up after himself. They were fantastic.

He came out and gave e a quote and he was very nice, but the deal didn't cover all of the services I needed done.

My daughter used it and it worked just fine.

They did a good job. The door is noisy and it doesn't seem like it should be after the tune up.

We were consistently having issues with our remotes and wireless keypad not properly transmitting and not always opening our garage doors. I contacted Champion Garage Door via Angie's List which they promptly responded to my message. Mike came out the next business day after we spoke with them by phone. He looked into the issue, discussed with us our options and after giving us a few days to consider them, he came back out to our residence to complete the agreed upon work at the price he had quoted. Mike was great to work with. He was professional, thorough and honest in all of our dealings with us. We would gladly work with Champion Garage Door again. Thanks again!
