They were very nice and due to an issue that came up not related to the company I had to cancel this deal.

Service was punctual and quick. Very straightforward. Gave a quote for replacing some parts that are better and long-lasting. Quote seemed reasonable but I haven't yet had the time to get back to them.

Someone from Champion Garage Doors came out and evaluated what the problem was with my garage door and opener. I had someone from another company come out a couple of months ago and they didn't know what they were doing and it was a complete waste of time and money. The person from Champion Garage Door easily figured out what the problems were. He gave me options for inexpensive short term fixes as well as more expensive long term fixes. I didn't want to waste money since my garage door was already 30 years old, so I ended up deciding to replace both the garage door and the opener. The person arrived on time and was very efficient at replacing both the garage door and the opener in the freezing cold. I absolutely love my new garage door and opener and highly recommend Champion Garage Doors. I will happily use them again if I encounter any problems with my garage door or opener. He was very professional and cleaned up after himself.

The service was very good. It was very easy scheduling the appointment. They came out to do what they were supposed to do and that was fine. They also gave me some suggestions on what I could do to make it better. I would tell a friend or a neighbor who is looking for similar service to go ahead and schedule an appointment. They were very courteous.

The tune up went really well. They arrived on time and were professional while in my home.

It's kind of a bust because I didn't have the kind of garage door that I bought the service for so he did a general cleaning and said that I would get a refund. I don't know whether I did or not, I just kind of forgot all about it. I paid him for the service while he was there. Nothing stood out about them. It was okay. What they offered, they should have been maybe a little bit more clear about what kind of garage door was qualified for the service. It was a long time ago but I know that they were prompt, that they were quick about getting there and setting up an appointment and everything. There were no problems with that. I guess $39.50 was fair for the fact that he came out and did whatever it was he did. I would probably not use them again.

They were just very helpful. They recommended getting different rollers on the garage door to make it quieter and I appreciate that. It didn’t feel like they were trying to up sell me because I wanted recommendations for a quieter garage door. So they were honest. I don’t have anything comparable to their prices, so it is hard to say.

The repair tech Rob was quick and detailed orientated. Pointed out my problems .. Because I bought the 39.99 inspection and tune up. He replaced 2 rollers 1 hinge and 16' bottom seal for an extra 174.00

The technician arrived at the agreed upon time. He was quick and efficient. Made recommendations about future maintenance and potential problem areas. Even though our door is only 18 months old, but we wanted it checked out before winter. We couldn't pass up the price.

They did a good job with the service. They had to put some springs on the garage door as well which resulted in an additional cost.

Within an hour of calling Champion my garage door was fixed! They arrived 20 minutes after I called and the repair was done in about 20 minutes as well - so fast! Very professional and pleasant repair man. They will be my go-to garage door repair experts, I would highly recommend this company.

They were excellent. The came when they were suppose to.

I was very impressed with the service. In addition to what we planned, I also asked if they would be able to connect my new car remote to our existing garage door system. It was an extra thing I needed and although a little time consuming it was done perfectly. I highly recommend Champion Garage doors!

The door is much quieter and operates much more smoothly.

After he tightened the chain he lubricated the doors and opener. Then he called my attention to two doors that did not have braces on them and consequently were bowed. He took the brace off one door which did not have an opener on it and put it on one of the other doors. And then he put a new brace on the other door. He charged me extra for that but the cost was minimal. I would highly recommend Champion Doors.

I didn't use his services and repaired the door myself.

I have used them before. Consistently on time, pleasant and do great work.

They seemed to have been to hurry to do the job. They changed the hinges and just threw it away in the recycling.

Well. They assessed and quoted potential other future issues as well as tweak'd the door.

On a freezing below zero morning, we couldn't open our garage door due to a cable issue. Mike stopped by promptly to fix the issue with a very professional manner. Great Work and very honest.

The garage had came off the track on a door about 10 years old. Called Champion that morning, they were able to get a technician out there that day by early afternoon. Technician quickly found the direct problem (broken cable) and also inspected the rest of the door. He found a worn out bearing as well. Promptly fixed both to get the door working like new.

They made it easy -- on time, thorough, and efficient.
