He fixed the the squeak and informed me that the opener may be nearing the end of its useful life.

My wife was extremely pleased with the work, professionalism, and punctuality of the service. I even recommended them to someone just today.

The service went well. They were prompt and courteous.

It was done in less than 5 minutes, making me feel that a very "quick look" is all that happened. Did silicone hinges and wheels which quieted the closing some. Recommended new wheels if I wanted an even quiter close which I declined. I don't feel much of a tune- up was really done.

Everything went great. They came out within two hours after I called them and had it fixed in no time. They also lubed everything.

They reached out promptly to set up service and promised to get to it in two days time. However, they were able to get to it ON THE DAY I CALLED. I was traveling and was worried for my wife and family that they didn't have a working garage door. It was quite the relief to have Champion not only do what they told me they would, but to go above and beyond. The door and opener are like new (ok, they replaced most of it) and has functioned for a month in brutal weather like a charm. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Joel and crew were very polite and friendly. No sales pressure, quote included everything and price seemed reasonable for the materials and amount of time for installation. They made a couple of modifications to adjust the installation to my particular garage. All in all, very satisfied; would recommend.

I purchased a deal with them for a garage door tune up. Everything went well.

He seemed to do a thorough job and explained everything to me.

I thought they were professional, but I think they were pretty expensive.

It went fine. They evaluated the door and told us we needed a new double door; we decided to hold off for now.

They did a great job. Showed up on time and were friendly. I was having issues with rain coming in to my garage and that is no longer an issue after they replaced the weather strip. They also recommended I replace my rollers for a minimal extra cost and now I don't hear a clunking noise when I open and close the garage door. Overall I'm very happy with their work. The cost stated above is only for the big deal, not the rollers.

Everything went fine. They were very efficient. They didn't bother me and got the work done quickly. They did a good job. They left me alone. I don't have anything to compare the price to.

It was fine. Nothing in particular stood up. I'm not sure I got out of the price what the visit was probably worth.

I didn't like it. I guess it was not necessary. All they did was put some oil on the wheels. I thought they were going to do more. Maybe it's not their mistake. Maybe it's what I thought they were going to do. I thought they were going to take out the whole thing and try to refit and oil and stuff like that. But all they did was sprayed oil on the wheels. I generally do that by myself. It was not really what I was looking for. I can't blame them but at the same time I kind of feel like it was kind of not a deal at all. They came on time.

Initially the garage door worked fine. Then it started to act up, push the button and the door would move 5 or 6 inches. Kept trying to close the garage door by pressing the button. I left garage the door up, half an hour to an hour later I pushed the button again and the door closed. In the course of the next two weeks my wife said it has happen at least a dozen times. I called Champion and explained the situation. The woman on the line said it could be the photo something. " It closed half hour later" I said. She insisted it was the photo whatever. We would have to charge you a service fee to come take a look at it.

It went great. They worked on a single door for me. It didn’t take them too long to do the work.

They were excellent. We called, they were here in 2 hours and fixed it. It was a Big Deal for like $79. The response time and the service was excellent.

Very easy to schedule - was on time and within the 2 hr window. Very quick and thorough work.

Garage was making a heck of a lot of noise. Afraid it would burn my motor out. The service provider did the basic tune up and pointed out the original wheels as being a problem (and wearing out). Replaced them with "roller blade" looking wheels. Runs like a champ. Hate upsells, but this was reasonably presented and explained. Not high pressure, but VERY glad I did it.

Called Champion and they had techs at my door in under an hour. They installed a new spring system for the garage door that is much better than the old system I had. The technicians were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and completed the work in under an hour. Highly recommend this service! So great to have one less thing to worry about.

It went okay. I don’t know if he did a good job because I started hearing a sound after he did the service. The service itself was good.

My garage door cable of my rental duplex broke, causing it to come off and bend its tracks. My tenant's car was trapped inside the garage. I was sure I'd need major repairs plus a big surcharge for emergency service. Next morning, after consulting Angies List, I called Champion. Their technician met me at the duplex in less than an hour and fixed the thing for $100! The technician (Joel) was pleasant and professional. I'm so pleased I called Champion.

The experience was really good. We had a problem with the garage door where it wasn't closing all the way. I bought the Big Deal and they came out within a couple of days and fixed it for me. It was quick appointment and affordable. They did a good job.
