CHAMPION GARAGE DOORS

The garage door on our barn is a manual lift wood door. The tracks and wheels were off and the door wouldn't open. They replied promptly, provided the service on time and as promised. A year later the door is still working perfectly and it only cost me $40. I'd say that deserves an "A".

great young man but the garage ddor never really worked well after the service, Could be that my doors are so old that they just wion't open and close properly.

He did the tune up at the price as advertised. He found some things that were broken and /or in need of repair such as a broken spring. He gave n estimate for the work and I had it done.

Appointment was scheduled very quickly and the engineer arrived on time. Garage door works much better and the new weatherstrip makes the door look much better. No attempt at trying to sell us additional services and very polite.

Mike came out and did a great job inspecting and replacing the bottom seal. He gave me tips on routine maintenance and assured me on the things I wasn't confident about since this door opener had been installed prior to us living in the home. Really friendly and helpful; called prior to coming out and got a call early in the morning about the window of time to expect him. We've used Champion in our previous house and will continue to use them in the future for our garage door needs.

They were very responsive and did a good job

We noticed the cover for our garage door opener was missing after they left. We did have one. We contacted them and they were going to order a new one. Apparently they can't order just that part so they are waiting until they remove a garage door opener that has the same cover to bring us one. Strange happening.

The site visit was made two days after purchasing a Deal that Champion was offering -- the technician clearly stated two additional issues (the position of the opener and the low head room) that would need to be addressed during install and gave me a quote for the additional work. A week later, a technician was here to install the door. My expectations were far exceeded. Because my previous door was in terrible shape (literally on its last spring), and because my garage is so small, I had worried about the install and final outcome. But the technician was fantastic -- he was thorough and an all-around great pleasure to work with. Not only does the door itself look great, but all of the detail work (the weather stripping, the adjustments needed inside the garage, etc) look incredible. After the install, the technician also talked to me about some features of the opener I was not aware of, and some information about what had happened with the old door. Talk about above and beyond. The project was on point, in all ways, including the estimate, and if I ever need anything else for my garage door or opener, I am calling Champion again.

Easy to reschedule appointment. Arrived early for the rescheduled appointment. Took 15 minutes for garage door tune-up. Placed order to have garage door opener light socket replaced and never heard from them again. I followed up about a month later asking about the door opener light socket and if the ordered part was received. They forgot to follow-up with me once the replacement part was received. Was easy to work with to schedule the second appointment to replace the light socket.

On time, courteous and professional.

Representative was prompt and had good communication. He had to make 2 trips but did not charge for the 2nd trip. All work was done to specification and in a timely manner.

No problems found and minor adjustments made. Friendly and professional technician.

Went well and took care of some other problems

Everything went fine. Service was prompt and effective. Used Champion before.

The door was inoperable and the tech was here within 4 hours - very little down time. From the person that answered my initial call to the service tech that performed the work - very courteous and professional. The tech fixed just what needed to be fixed - did not try to up-sell and add cost to the repair. He even gave me some maintenance tips I could do myself and an estimate on how long it would be before some of the other parts on our very old garage door would need some attention. Will definitely recommend Champion to friends and family as well as call them when I am in need of future garage door repair or replacement.

There was a slight delay in Champion getting back to me when I called, but they were very apologetic about the delay and very responsive once we actually spoke to each other on the phone. Chris called ahead of time to let me know when he'd be there, and he fixed the problem very quickly. He did a tune up of the garage door, and fixed two bolts that were broken. He was extremely knowledgeable about garage doors and showed us where some potential future problems were lurking (e.g. deteriorating liner on the bottom of the garage door). We were very pleased with the service and the level of expertise. Our garage door not only closes now, it is much quieter and runs better.

The installation of my new garage door went great. The Service Technician, Chris, was polite, informative and worked in a timely manner. The garage door was installed in the time that the Service Technican gave me and and he was very neat and cleaned up after he was finished with his work. I would definitely recommend Champion Garage Doors to someone else and I will use them for any future needs that i may have.

Great! We felt that they took to the time to explain to us why the improvements were needed so that we understood how to spend our money. We had them back later to do the updates which really improved our garage door function.

The technician did a great job. He explained what he was planning on doing and how long it was going to take (about 20 minutes). Once he was done, told me that everything was in great order. I plan to use this provider again.

Everything went well. At some point I will need to replace the door, and I will definitely call Champion for a quote on the work.

I scheduled them out to do an annual tune-up. That went well and the tech found some issues with the rollers. There were a couple broken so he replaced them all. He replaced them right away and I thought the charges were very fair.

Seems to have addressed the problems.

One of the owners came out on a Sunday - within an hour of me making the phone call. Repaired the door quickly and offered helpful tips for future use. This is the second time we have used Champion and they are punctual, professional, and well priced.

Just as promiised by a very polite and professional fellow. He offered several good suggestions for future maintenance of the garage door opener.

I called last night at 4:30. The extremely friendly and helpful scheduler said she could even get someone out here last night, but it would be cheaper to wait until the morning. I was expecting a few days on the service! Mike called at 8am, came out at 9 and had repaired everything in less than an hour. Very professional, pain-free and timely. Thanks!
