Excellent work. Spring broke on door on a Friday, and they were too my home the following day, Saturday. Also talked about how squeaky the door is when opened and closed. Recommended replacing all the rollers, which I had done. Much quieter now. Also educated me on how to lubricate the spring and rollers to maintain the door longer.

Technician noticed that my main spring was broken. Luckily he had a replacement with him and was able to replace it immediately. The service cost more than I expected because of that, but I was happy that the spring was fixed before it became a safety issue or ruined my garage door opener.

They came out the next day and gave me an estimate. Two days later they installed a replacement door opener. Jeremy was very professional, explained all the functionality and cleaned up everything after the install. The door and remote work great. Only comment is that I would recommend noting the model and serial # before the unit is installed (easier to see before it's up on the ceiling of the garage). NICE JOB and I would definitely hire them again.

They were quick to respond and come out to do the work. Chris who performed the services was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Not only did he install new photo eyes which addressed the problem, but he also helped change the light which was out and assisted me with how to change the garage code. He also gave me an overview of quick to do's that should be done seasonally to help maintain the door and have it open and shut more quietly.

Champion did a really great job on replacing our garage door opener. They responded immediately when I submitted my request for service, they showed up when they said they would. Best part is the repair job came in somewhat below what we thought it would cost.

Work went well. There are no details. Relatively simple maintenance to insure proper function during the upcoming cold winter weather.

Everything went great. Chris was great to work with. Very knowledgeable. Punctual. I thought his prices were reasonable. And he even helped us out when he noticed a problem with our foundation and let us know so we can get it fixed. Overall we are very happy with our new doors.

Snow plow company had hit garage door and suggested that their insurance company used Champion-I called Champion several times with no return calls. Frequently their voice mail will not accept messages because it is full. Finally Champion they came out in March to look at the door and promised a bid. No bid came. In the mean time I got two other bids and sent them to the snow plow company. They said that Champion bid much less and demanded I use Champion but Champion would never send me a written bid. Champion finally sent me a one line bid by email on April 18th and has yet so send a formal written bid. If these people are this bad to do business with before they do any work I cannot imagine how they would be to resolve difficulties. Champion repeatedly blames their phone company for not responding but that is ridiculous--they dont respond to emails either. The only thing they responded to was when I contacted Angies List and wrote the reality of how bad their business was and how unresponsive they are to customers.

Chris was punctual, professional, informative and presented me with various options for addressing my issues. Once we agreed on a fix, then he completed the work promptly and my garage door works much better now. Thanks Chris!

Chris, the technician, was quick, did everything he said he would and very professional. The ongoing maintenance and possible future problem areas of our garage, he pointed it all out and put it in writing to reference later. Would call again!

Perfectly. Arrived on time to do the estimate. Competitive price. Fast installation. Scheduled for the following Friday and Chris called ahead of time to confirm time. Chris explained what he was going to do and completed the work quickly. Very good clean up. Friendly.

I called to setup an appointment and was told they would call Friday morning to let me know what time. This would have been the third opener that we have gotten from them and also had another door tuned up. At around 11:00 I called to see when they were coming and was told it would be next Friday. The next Friday, 3/2, I got a call and the installer was here right at 9 like he said. It went down hill from there. I was very satisfied with them until this time. His ladder would not reach and wanted to use ours, then he didn't have the stuff to splice the wires and asked if we did. Once he got past that he couldn't get the opener to work correctly. He had to keep calling someone to find out what to do. And he said that the wires were wrong on the unit and he had to change them. Then he said that our wires were bad and he needed more money to fix them. My husband said that the wires were working before he got here and were fine. Finally when he said that it was correct for the third time at about 2:00 and went to show my husband how to work it and it still wouldn't work properly. At this point he called his boss and was telling him what was going on. My husband asked to talk to the boss and all he wanted was the check. He was rude and insisted that we give the installer the check. My husband said that he would give them the check when it worked properly and not before. At that point the boss said that maybe they should just pull it out, so my husband told him that maybe they should. At this point the installer went to his truck and started to throw our parts back into the garage and remove the new opener. He would not talk to my husband any more except to say he is doing what he was told to do. He got in his truck and drove away leaving the door wide open on our heated shop with no way to keep the door closed. The way they talked to my husband and treated our property is not acceptable. I did call Rob to see what could be done to correct this and was told he would get back to me. He did return my call to say that the problem was we would not give them a check. Who pays for anything that does not work correctly. I will not recommend them or ever use them again, I would go so far as to warn people use them with caution. I contacted Advanced Garage Door Solutions late in the day after I talked to Rob. They came out the next morning and installed a new opener in 30 minutes with no problems. Kevin said there was nothing wrong with our wiring like the other installer said as he used them and it works perfectly.

Exceptional service. Chris and Jeremy came out and completed a garage door tune-up. They were punctual, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and very informative. They exceeded my expectations with their service. I would highly recommend them and plan on using their business for future needs.

Used the online coupon. Service was fast, the guy was nice, he got my garage door working again, and offered some good tips on maintenance.

I can't tell you enough how much of a hassle it is to work with this company. I purchased a deal through Angie's List. I contacted them through their website - nothing. I contacted them through Angie's List - nothing. I contacted them through the email Angie's List provided - nothing. When I have called, I have gotten a hold of someone, but it shouldn't take the fourth try. The initial visit was disappointing. First I got a call from Rob that a guy got hurt and they needed to reschedule. I am a working professional, and I had taken the morning to work from home so that was annoying. They he called the morning of the day BEFORE he was rescheduled to come out, which didn't work for me. Then he finally came on the right day. Rob was quick, told me we needed the rollers replaced ($150) which I agreed to have done. He also told me the door and opener were very high quality and in great shape - should last a while. Chris came out to replace the rollers - oh yeah, wait. First, he missed the appointment. Rob said they had a new computer system and the job never actually got booked. So when I rescheduled, I had to be out of town. Chris called, said he had finished the job, but the opener was old and we'd be lucky to get 5 more years out of it. Guess what. Two days later, it quit working. The motor runs, but the belt doesn't move. So I called again. Rather than coming out to look at it, the previously functioning garage door opener, Chris called and asked me what it was doing. When I explained it to him, he told me the opener was shot and needed to be replaced. For $500. No way. I am incredibly dissatisfied and will never hire this company again, and I don't recommend them.

Very well. Very fast. Only thing really needed was lubrication. But he provided information such as the door itself is in very good condition and said what parts would be needed to stop rattling.

On the day scheduled, we had a snowstorm, so we rescheduled but I did not hear from them. Called a week later and it took three messages to get through to them. Everything was fine when they finally did the work.

Unfortunately, the service call was rescheduled twice and they never showed up to start the job. I had to cancel the service call and go with another company. Rob was apologetic, but you need to do what you say - customers rely on timely service and commitments from providers to schedule their day.
