installation went very well and was done in an efficient amount of time. Door seemed like a quality product. Help to sell my town home.

l originally ordered a garage door tune up deal through Angies List. During the visit he made a couple of suggestions on minor repairs that I want to consider getting done, new rollers and a bottom seal. There was no pressure to have he additional items done but I decided to go ahead as long as he was already here. He was on time, courteous and professional and got the work done very quickly. I didn't realize how loud my garage door was until after it was serviced. I will use Champion again in the future.

The provider was very thorough in the explanations and had all the equipment necessary to perform the work. It went very well.

It didn't take them very long. he was okay. He didn't really say much. He didn't seem real interested in helping me figure out was wrong. I don't know if he was real busy that day or what. The cost was okay.

The tech quickly installed the nylon rollers and door bottom seal. Very neat. Took time to explain maintenance.

Arrived well within the time frame I was given for the install. Chris is very professional and does excellent work. Being an analytical personality I know I also drove Chris crazy but I like things done a certain way. He was so nice. We talked and laughed because I was cleaning out my garage while he did his work. I just wished I had noticed they give a 5% senior discount. I would have asked for that discount. I had the old garage opener system wired to an off and on switch. When the neighbor up the street comes around the corner, he pushes his opener which automatically raises my door as well thus the need for the off and on switch to deal with this issue. I used that switch system for 24 years. Every night I flipped the switch out of habit. That habit caused a problem. I requested Champion come back out to my home and reset everything. They did and out of courtesy there was no charge to me. Can't beat that for service and professionalism.

I learned more from this individual than from any other repairman! Very pleasant, helpful, knowlegable and professional! would definitely hire this company again!

I called Rob (at the contact number listed) and he and I spent a few minutes discussing my issues. I wasn't insistent on same day service but he was and was even comfortable sending a technician out to our house while we were gone (which was unexpected and demonstrated a lot of trust in me as a new customer!). Rob estimated the service to be $149 based on our phone call but when I received the invoice it was only $89 - yahoo! I was impressed by how warm and friendly he appeared, how patient his tech was when I spoke with him on the phone (as I was not there) and his technician even arrived on site early (1 PM as opposed to 3 PM). I noticed another reviewer stated that he didn't like his experience. This strikes me as odd since my experience was so lovely. Most definitely going to be utilizing his services in the future since our door needs to be eventually replaced.

On a Sunday afternoon I realized that one of my garage door springs had snapped, leaving me unable to get my car in. This was particularly frustrating because my street is under construction and so there is no street parking. I called Champion at around 4 on Sunday and was able to get the repair done at 8:30 the next morning. Easy, painless process, and the technician was thorough and helpful. No issues with this provider whatsoever.

Prompt response in all communication. Showed up on time and did excellent work.

Rob came out on a Saturday to provide a quote. Did a nice job of educating me on my options and allowed me to take time to make a decision. The door, along with new tracks and rollers, were installed without an issue. The installer, Charlie, walked me through the new door and proper maintenance (including lubricating the door for the first time). He left the area and new door very clean. Great experience.

They did a very excellent job. They were on time. They were excellent. They were professional. They did a really good job. There was a $100 extra but it was worth every penny. They did come out and find what was wrong. The quality of the work was excellent. I would definitely use them in the future.

I'm extremely happy with the new garage doors from Champion and the service provided. I'd recommend them to anyone! The spring on one of our garage doors broke and we called them to replace it. They were professional, on time, polite and extremely knowledgeable about our options and choices. Rob conducted a full inspection and caught several issues that we had missed. He was more than happy to fix the broken items (springs, rollers, hinges, frayed cable and bolts) but wanted to make sure we knew all our options - and that a new door, that would be insulated, was just a little bit more than the necessary repairs. it was a much better long term solution and we opted for new doors. It took less than a week to get on the schedule - and Chris did an amazing job installing the new doors and garage door opener. After the installation he walked me through the maintenance and showed me exactly how to do it myself and gave me tips for dealing with MN winters and preventing the ice and snow build up on the new doors. Prices were completely reasonable - service was fast, courteous and professional. I would recommend Champion to anyone.

It went very well. On time, good value and good service. Only slight ding is that the representative suggested we need a new garage door. The one we have is only two years old and in good condition. It's metal with an insulated core. We weren't given a good reason for why we would need a new door. Anyway, we got what we paid for.

The tech was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave me an explanation of the work he did and overall how the garage door operates. He was pleasant and a good representative for the company. The garage door works better and I feel the fee for the tune up was fair. I had a bottom seal replacement, which seemed a little expensive, but to be honest, I don't know what a bottom seal should cost.

I had a problem getting the door to open in cold weather. I was unaware that the opener was programmable. Have had no trouble with the door in the year since the service.

Bought a $40 inspection here on Angie's List. They replied quickly and scheduled an appointment. On the morning, they were supposed to call with a 2-hour window - that didn't happen. A service guy called about 1/2 hour before coming out. That was not a big deal, but to someone it could be. The inspection service went great. The service guy was very knowledgeable. Suggested I replace the door wheels, which made sense and he did not seem to "sell" or push. I went ahead and replaced the wheels - $10 per wheel, totaling $100. Seemed a bit much, but I didn't have time to look into it. Later in a day I checked, these can be easily purchased for about $1.50 a piece, which would be $15. Since it took about 10 minutes to install, that comes out to about $510/hr - not bad for a service guy! If they charged $50, I would be ok with that... but I agreed, so this one is on me. Anyway, I would recommend this place, but beware of the prices!!

Rapid response to setting up appointment. Very friendly service person. Whole service took approx 20 minutes including the extra job of replacing the part. The actual service though was not worth $40. I had the broken springs replaced on my door a few years ago and the service person at that time did a lube job on my door that was amazing. I could barely hear the door go up or down. It was silent and smooth for about a year. I thought that was what this would be. This gentleman basically just sprayed all the moving parts with WD-40 or something similar. Definitely less squeaks when door moves but nothing like the previous lube job. I really could easily have done this myself. However, this guy gave me some good maintenance tips. The extra job replaced the worn rubber gasket thing at the bottom of the door. That will sure be nice this winter.
