What they did was alright at the time. It lasted for a year. We had to spend $700 dollars on new cables and everything else since.

Champion doors was great. I had a quick response time with quality service and material. Installation was fast and efficient. I was thankful for the disposal of the old garage door. I may need a small adjustment to the track of the door, but overall I am very pleased with my purchase and with Champion Doors. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I bought a winter tune-up special from Angie's Big Deal and was able to make an appointment for the following week. I was called in the morning and told when they would arrive. They were there on time, got right to work and got things done. After the job was completed I was informed of what was done, why it was done and what could be done to make my garage door last longer. I would definitely use them again.

Initially there was a hiccup with scheduling, but Champion made it right! Brent came out over the weekend and I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and responsiveness. Brent was extremely knowledgeable and provided solutions that would ultimately save money (I really appreciated that). Instead of replacing the panels of the door, he suggested placing two braces on the door which still maintained its functionality and cosmetic appearance. He was also able to salvage the bottom seal of the door replacing just the rubber portion versus both the rubber and metal pieces. Again, this resulted in cost savings. I had Brent inspect my other door and it is working much better--I didn't realize how smooth and quiet it could be. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my experience with Champion Garage Doors. I can't say enough about Brent as he really took pride in his work and cared about doing a good job. I trusted his recommendation and it turned out really well. Now my son can once again park in the garage--as long as he doesn't back into it.

So I had used their service for my own home previously and I liked their service. So this is for a rental property. The garage door opener seemed not working sometimes. So they went and checked on it, and find out that possibly one of the main board gone bad, so they recommended replacing the opener. Everything went well as I expected. The only thing was that they didn't call me to provide me their diagnosis and recommendation, instead, just talked to the tenant and left. I called them afterwards myself. As the person who's ultimately take the responsibility and paying the bill, I would expect them to inform me what's going on. It is unreliable to have the tenant relay information back to me.

I called Champion Garage Doors to determine if they could fix a stuck garage door. While on the phone, they were very helpful and gave me the cost for a service call. The price was what I expected so I scheduled a time for them to come and look at it. They said they would call the morning of the appointment and give me a time frame for their arrival. My only disappointment was that they forgot to call until they were leaving their prior appointment. Not a big problem. RaOnce the service technician arrived, he quickly determined what was wrong with the door - one of the cables had come off a pulley. He quickly fixed the problem, adjusted the spring, adjusted the door and lubed the rollers. The door operates smoothly now. All this was done in 15 minutes or less. Technician was courteous and explained what he was doing.

On Thursday, September 17, 2015 at 9:00 A.M. I realized that one of the torsion springs was broken when the garage door wouldn't open . After managing to manually raise the door in order to get the vehicles out, I began searching Angie's List for nearby companies that could promptly do the necessary repairs. Previous reviews led me to call Champion Garage Doors which resulted in scheduling a repair appointment for that same afternoon between 1:00 & 2:00 P.M. The serviceman actually called a few hours later to say he could come earlier than anticipated since he was running ahead of schedule. He arrived shortly after 12:00 P.M. and completed the repair in less than one hour. He even suggested what other maintenance should be done (new rollers & bottom brackets) either by myself or give them a call. He gladly accepted the $20.00 discount coupon promotion as an Angie's List member. Really appreciated the great response time and would definitely contact Champion Garage Door for any future needs.

Excellent!!! He could have replaced the weather strip and I wouldn't have known it didn't need it. I totally respect service providers like this who are honest!

Pleased with results and pricing, but not very responsive in returning calls to finally get schedule and arrived 1-1/2 hours late to perform the work. Originally went with this organization because of all the great 'A' ratings. First experience with an Angie's list contractor, not sure how excited I am to work with another one.

Besides the tune-up and explanation of what was done, they also showed me how I can upkeep the rollers and tracks. And gave me advice on how I can replace the weatherstripping along the garage door by myself. Very professional and helpful.

Chris called first thing in the morning to provide a time frame when he would arrive. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He informed me of places on the garage door to clean, to keep door from rusting. In addition he showed me how to lubricate the door. Something I had never been told in the past. I was very impressed with the exceptional service and will use in the future. Thanks again to Chris.

We called with a garage door that wouldn't open more than 12" on a Friday. They sent Chris out the next day, on a Saturday, before noon and replaced the spring. Chris was great! He was punctual, friendly and did a great job! He even obliged my 6 month old (and slightly annoying) puppy in a quick ball toss before replacing the broken spring. Our garage door works better now than it has in the 2 years we've lived in our house.

The technician was very punctual, and efficient. But beyond that, he took the time to explain to me what was going on. He showed me how to properly maintain my door (something that I had never done before), and explained why the rollers will likely need to be replaced later. I'll definitely use Champion Garage Doors next spring when I schedule that service.

The Technician, Chris, arrived within the time indicated by him over the phone in the morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and showed my husband what was causing the problem and how he was going to fix it. Since it was a general maintenance problem he patiently explained what we should do in the future to keep the door in working order. He also gave us a timeline for staying on top of the maintenance so the door continues to work at it's top performing best. Chris was extremely professional, informative and friendly. He did not waste any time but still was able to explain each step to us so we could understand what to do in the future. I was able to use a coupon for the job which made the whole job cheaper. I would definitely use this company again and if Chris was available I would ask specifically for him. I would definitely recommend Champion Garage Doors to all my friends.
