It went very well. Chris was very professional, and very good at explaining what was being done, and what I should continue to do in the future to keep the garage door working smoothly. I'd definitely recommend them and Chris to anyone.

Service call was placed and situation was resolved in 2 days. The tech that came out advised when he was about an hour away. When the tech got to my place he assessed the problem and called to advise on the issue, solution and price. After I agreed to the work, it took about 30 minutes to complete. It was quick, efficient, and the tech was very friendly and professional.

Purchased the Garage door tune up on August 5th. The same day of purchase I received a email from Rob to call and schedule an appointment. Three voice mails and 3 emails and no response. Got in touch with Angie's List customer service and got a refund before it was too late. Can't say anything about the service they provide, but their customer service left a lot to be desired. Don't sign up for a promotion if you can't meet demand.

It went very well. Champion sent over one young man to install the garage door. He was extremely polite and friendly. He worked quickly and cleaned up his mess. that's a plus! Before he left, he gave my husband some maintenance tips for our new door. We are very pleased and would recommend Champion.

Purchased the Garage door tune up on August 1st. On August 8th I had still never heard anything so I emailed them and asked when I could get something on the calendar. Rob Hoenie responded to me via his iPhone and asked for my address. and said they were scheduling for the next week. I sent them the information and then never heard anything. August 17th I sent them an email asking to either have something on the calendar by the end of the week, or a refund....got no response. Got in touch with Angie's List customer service and got a refund before it was too late. Can't say anything about the service they provide, but their customer service left a lot to be desired. Not how I was hoping my first Angie's List purchase would go.

Smart and quick. Tuned up garage, replaced rollers and guard strip.

Fantastic. He was professional, courteous, prompt, and worked quickly. I hired him for the $29 Garage door tune up and he diagnosed an actual issue, saving us a lot more money in the future. We paid extra to install new rollers and tracks, but that saved us from having to replace the whole motor as the old rollers were dragging. Money well spent!

The appointment was made and the service technician showed up on time. He was knowledgeable and trained me in how to maintain the garage door. At the same time, he replace the rollers on the door with a composite roller as they had been metal and were rusting. At the same time, I asked for and received a quote for a new garage door opener as mine is 18 years old. The Service technician was professional and seemed to really enjoy his job.

Very very poorly! I've made 3 attempts to schedule. Absolutely no return contact from them. I do not understand how they have an "A" rating from you. I've never experienced such poor service with any contractor before this company. Money gone as far as I can see

Wonderful, the door made a lot noise and wouldn't always shut. Everything was fixed very quickly and it works perfectly.

I would definitely use them again in the future. It was easy to schedule the repair and the garage door has worked well since.

It went fine in September, 2015. The spring on our original garage door from 1966 had broken, and Champion recommended replacement of the entire door. There was a one year warranty. In July, 2016, the door became unreliable. We called, the original installer came out, and he said that we had an unusual set up because we had a steel instead of a wooden header. He wanted the franchise owner to come out to look at it. The franchise owner came out and said that he needed to get parts that were commercial grade to make up for the fact that we had a steel header. He had to order parts, and then he came out personally to install them. In other words, he made it right at no cost to us. I give the man credit for taking responsibility that the door needed different parts than were originally installed, for getting involved personally, and for charging us nothing additional even though different parts had to be installed. My husband was very impressed that he put so much effort into our garage door when it is now August, 2016 and the warranty period ends in one month. No wonder he has such great reviews on Angie's List!

They were able to come out quickly and take care of business. I was at work, so they let me know when they were going to be at the house fixing the door opener. Everything works well and am very happy. Thanks, Chris!

Very, very well. We purchased a new garage door and had it installed in 2007 - but have done no servicing since then. When I saw the Angie's List deal, I snapped it up. Champion came out, checked all the caulking, screws, etc. and even recommended that we replace the bottom flap eventually - but didn't have to do so now. I was happily surprised because with most of these deals, they try to upsell you to something else - not Champion. They were fair, reasonable, and very professional. I would highly recommend them!

We purchased a Big Deal on Angie's List and called to schedule immediately. The company said they could get us in the next day and would call in the morning (by 8:30) to give us a window. While not totally convenient to not have the window of time ahead of time, I was thankful that we could get in so quickly. We heard back the next day, on time, that our window was 11am-1pm. The technician arrived at 12:10 and very carefully and methodically diagnosed our problem as a bad wire to one of the eyes. He inspected the eyes, lubricated (and showed us how to lubricate and how frequently) and did all the other tune up/inspections and all within about 45 minutes. He was competent, thorough, and efficient. He also made suggestions on garage organization that could potentially improve the life of our unit (we store kids bikes near the wires and eye - obviously a bad decision on our part). He told us what to expect from our 22 year-old unit and we were thankful that he was able to solve our problem for the cost of the deal as well as give us additional information for the future. We will absolutely call Champion when we have future need!

Chris was the technician and had great repair skills and knowledge and great customer service skills. He replaced the J-bar and drawbar, which I had damaged during manual operation; adjusted the limits so the door would stay down; and adjusted the safety sensors. He took the time to explain how I should clean the sensors, how to tell if they were out of alignment, and how to adjust them if they were. He replaced the bottom seal with a much higher quality product. He advised me to have the steel wheels (now three decades old) replaced with nylon ones and that there was a discount available to do so. I plan to have this done within the next year. Chris was VERY fast and VERY responsive. The whole service call took less than an hour.
