CHAMPION GARAGE DOORS

Was on time and gave instructions on maintenance to do btw tune-ups.

He was professional and courteous and was not pushy for additional services.

Work was performed as they said it would be. They did not try up sell me or did not do anything that was not proper, they did do what they were supposed to do.

The technician was on time, quick, and thorough. He went over his findings and everything he had done, before leaving. Add to that a great price, and I would definitely work with Champion again.

Great. Service man was friendly and thorough

Two man team did the job in less than 3 hours. I watched the entire process and there were no hitches. The only item that needed adjusting after the door was installed was a tension cable on one side of the door. It took a few calls to get this taken care of but after the service tech arrived, it was a 15 minute adjustment. I did find 2 screws on the garage floor after the installers left... this should not have happened. A more through inspection of the work area after the door was installed would have prevented this from happening. Overall I am very pleased with the work Champion did for me. I would certainly use them in the future.

It took several attempts to get scheduled since we live 50 miles west of metro. Nice worker.

A door part was broken. Worker installed new part and now door works properly. There was no charge for the service. Worker was prompt and courteous. We are pleased and would recommend the company to others.

They installed the door, but when I got home, the door was hitting the ceiling on the way up and damaging the drywall and was largely unusable. When I called back they said they needed a part to fix the problem. 2 weeks later, after a missed appointment by them, and about 5 phone calls from me, they finally installed the part.

It was okay. He came out pretty fast. He came out right on time. Everything was great. Nothing really stood out. It was all that was advertised to be. I had the impression that he wanted to sell me a new door really because he said this one's not going to last too long. It's been around for 20 years and I think it's got another 20 years to go. There was a $10 fee to install a roller. I think he knew what he was talking about. He knew what he was doing for sure.

Yeah that turned out just fine. Of course I bought it on one of your special offers so obviously it's a good price but I didn't have to pay anything more. I would say it was excellent and the technician that did the service showed me some things so that I would be able to do parts of that tune up on my own. I would say mostly that the technician he was really helpful about getting me involve and explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it and what sort of things to watch for in the future.

I was very impressed with service--Chris, the technician was great. Very informative about garage door care and efficient in his work. I would definitely call Champion again for any future tune-ups or problems. My only complaint is that I had to follow up a couple of times in order to get the appointment set--I was not contacted by the company, per the details in the tune-up deal.

Great. Tech checked everything and lubricated with silicone spray. Took the time to instruct me on how to lube the door with silicone each three months.

The technician was able to replace the door cables the same day for an additional fee of $169.00. The door was also lubricated. It runs very quietly now. The technician was very efficient and completed the work in a timely manner. We are pleased with the result.
