The service was real fine. That was good. They are a good company. I use them every now and then.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It turned out well. I actually ended up using them for other projects as well. They were great. They have good customer service. They were willing to kind of walk me through what they were doing and make sure I was understanding the service they were providing.

I cannot say enough good things about Chris from Champion Garage Doors. On time, very knowledgeable, friendly, honest, all around great guy. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Called Champion's number after finding them here on Angie's list, and spoke with Chris. He let me know he was working a job close by, but would be able to come out afterwards. Right within the time he told me, he was here and quickly replaced the springs. He also reviewed the rest of the door, and found some issues that could become major problems in the future, so I've got the quote from him and already tentatively scheduled time later this week. Would use again and highly recommend for any garage door issues you may have.

Arrived at the time frame quoted. Inspected the door - no problems. Replacing the seal required a second visit because the garage door bottom seal was different than most garage door seals and had to be ordered. Seal was replaced two days later.

Brett from Champion did a great job. There had been some scheduling issues 2 weeks ago, which left me less than pleased. HOWEVER, Champion management was very apologetic and addressed the situation. When Brett arrived today to do the work, he could not have been more competent or professional. I really appreciate the work he did today and would purchase future services from Champion.

This is a revised review from my November 9th experience with an original grade of F. After I wrote the negative review, I was contacted by the owner of the company and he offered to make things right. My second experience with the company was very good. They called as promised, were here within the promised time, were professional, and did an excellent job. Based on my previous very negative experience, I cannot give the company an A rating, but I will use them again. I hope that my second experience was more representative of the company's overall service.

It went fine. I just feel he was kind of insisting I needed to change these other parts that were physically the wires on the side of the door that pull it up and down and it was I thought pretty expensive but I didn't have an opportunity to check out any place else and he insisted that one was really bad so I just went with it tobe done with it.

The young man was very punctual, professional, and fast. The door much better and is a lot quieter. It was reasonable with the Angie's List special.

They came out and did the job but it ended up to be more money than I thought because I had to get some major stuff done. It was disappointing but I don't think it was their fault. I had to contact them a couple of times. They were supposed to come out one time and they didn't.

Good for us; not so good for him due to two unforeseen problems that required return visits. Called ahead and arrived when promised. Kept us informed of issues and what needed to do next; stuck with the project until everything was right.

It was fine. They did try to upsell me some stuff but I figured that's fine. They came out pretty quick, within a few days. They're quick. They just did the doors. They're pretty specialized so they knew what they were doing. I mean, it was really quick. Nothing was scattering. Because of the deal, the price was excellent.

This job went very well from the beginning. The company reps I spoke with were very responsive when I called/emailed to ask questions before they came to the do job. The tech called ahead, as promised, to let me know he was on his way. He greeted me courteously and went to work. He was very pleasant to work with!! We like those guys. We've had them more than we would want them to come. They are very prompt. They are good; very personable people. They are a good company. Give them A's down the list. They are very efficient. I was out there with them the whole time they were there because they were talking and showing me stuff and how to do this and how to do that. They are customer oriented.

The technician arrived and got the work done. But his general attitude was rude and unprofessional. He complained about the condition of my garage doors, started reciting a laundry list of everything that was wrong with them, and in general wouldn't quit with the mansplaining. I think I can find someone who will do the same quality work without the rudeness.

It was good. After they finished, it was very good. He was really receptive. He called me to schedule the appointment. He had a good availability for scheduling. He was just nice when he came. He was friendly.

They were able to do it while I was at work and my garage door, which wasn't going down unless I held the button the whole time, works as expected
