Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $39 Garage Door Tune-Up. The guy that came was really nice and courteous but he just tried to up-sell us rather than tune-up my door. It was not what I wanted and it felt like a waste of my time. They gave me a four hour window in which they could show up and after waiting the entire four hours, they finally showed up at the very end. There was a part that we needed for our door and he tried to sell us this part, but we could have bought it from the hardware store for a tenth of the price, so we passed. I would never use them again.
