Description of Work: Tuned and adjusted three overhead doors. Installed new bottom weather striping.

The tech was on time, professional, and explained what was included and proceeded to do the work. | |The door was found to need some repairs which he was able to do on the spot. The repairs solved all the minor issues I was having with the door. | |I am pleased and will contact use Champion in the future.

Description of Work: They were very good but I was very very disappointed to see the same service from the same provider for $39 a month or so later

Description of Work: They looked at both of my garage doors and fixed the one I needed fixed. They also made suggestions to reduce the noise on my second garage door, which was immediately helpful. They showed me what was necessary for maintenance in the future. I will need to have them come back once I get the wood paneling off the garage door so they can change the ball bearings and wheels on the garage door.

Description of Work: They came, on time, and inspected a problem, in which the garage door kept on popping open, or refusing to close. Although another repair person from another company could not fix the problem, they fixed it and showed us how we could readjust it in the future. Very helpful, and easy to communicate with.

Description of Work: I purchased the $39 garage door tune-up package. The gentleman called and confirmed the time and showed up promptly. He looked over the door I had replaced 5 years ago and the springs I had replaced 2 years ago and proclaimed them good. he pointed out a roller that had apparently been reused by the previous supplier and sprayed a little lube on the rollers. More time was spent removing the previous suppliers stickers or covering them with their own. |Although the gentleman spoke knowledgably and was very courteous I feel I spent $39 for a sales call so he could put his name all over my garage so they would be the company to call next time. Not a good use of my money.

Description of Work: My garage door would not close without holding down the control button until it closed. After evaluating the issues, the service man explained to me the problem and how the issue may be resolved. He quickly fixed the issue and performed some adjustments on the opener unit as well due to it not being installed correctly. All works well. My service guy was very nice, courteous, and professional.
