very well but I thought the bearing and roller replacement was a bit expensive.

tech was nice. fixed required items and suggested more. We ended up getting repair done also along with tune up.

Terrific customer service. I called and they fit me into the schedule the very next day. Chris called to confirm the appointment in the am and arrived within the promised 2 hour window. He quickly replaced the entire opener, show me how to operate the new one and disposed of the old one. All in -7 degree weather! He noted a few repairs that we might want to make to the garage door when the weather warms up in order to extend its life. Punctual, professional and knowledgeable!

Chris did a great job explaining everything and carefully explaining how I should maintain the garage door and when. He did a hands-on demo which was very helpful. I would definitely call them if I have any future issues.

the tech arrived and tuned up the door. He recommended replacing the rollers & since we could not remember when/if they were installed, we took his advice. The remotes needed new batteries & when we could not make them work after installing new batteries, he came back & fixed the problem.

We decided to replace the rollers on the door, which was an additional charge. It was nominal. Everything was explained and pointed out. He had all the parts he needed. It just went very smoothly. I was impressed they were right on time.

Technician arrived promptly and was very courteous. He explained all that he would do and then proceeded to complete the work. He agreed on the spot to do my second door for the same price and then completed it as well. He answered several questions I had regarding garage door openers. A very good guy.

After waiting a week for them to call me to make an appointment, I called them. On the day of the appointment I was called with a time window. Later I was called to be informed that the couldn't make it and they would call me the next day to reschedule. They never called so I called them again. A guy came out the next day and performed some adjustments and lubricated the door. I was satisfied with the work.

Fast, friendly. Gave good advice on longevity of the door prior to replacement. Would hire them again.

I was happy with that. That was a good deal. I'll absolutely use them again. I got their little name hung up on my ladder on the garage. Friendly, very nice, explained everything to me. It was well worth the 29 bucks. I didn't dislike anything. They were real good. They were quick on time. Got here exactly on time. They were in and out in no good. They have answers they could come up with the garage doors. I was very happy.

Did a deal for a garage door tune-up but they never showed up or called. The appointment was for the 7th they didn’t come, they were supposed to call that day to tell me my window and that morning I didn’t get a call. I called them later on the 7th he called back about 30 min later and said he had me down for the 14th, and asked how he can work with me. I said I would work from home on the 14th so he could come. The 14th came and went I called around noon as again no call for my window & I didn’t know if they were coming, and I received NO phone call back. I asked AL for a refund of this service and I am waiting for that. In the mean time they showed up today (21st), put a Champion Sticker on our keypad box (which now has left residue we can’t get off), No phone call, No doorbell ring, NOTHING! Ridiculous and not the way to do business.

I purchased this on Dec. 5. I sent in an online scheduling with my availability and received a note back from Champion to call him. I called the next day and left a message with no reply. After 2 days I called back and talked to the owner. He agreed on a day but told me “his guy “ would call on the scheduled day between 7:30 and 8 am to give me a specific time. His guy did not call until late in the day and asked to come at a time which I specifically told him would not work. He agreed to do it 2 days later and call in the morning. He finally called at 1 pm and said he could not make it that day, but would come in 2 days and call in the morning. At 10 am he called and scheduled for 1:30. At about noon he calls and says that he got in a car accident and could not make it but would call in a could of days. This was over 5 working days ago. Needless to say I am very unhappy with this “deal” and have a hard time believing that he is still in business. I ended up getting a refund from Angies List and will use a different company for the work.

Champion called that morning to let me know what time they'd arrive. They were two hours later than originally planned. When they arrived, my door couldn't be fixed with a tune up, but I ordered a door they had on overstock (at a great price) to be installed the following week. They rescheduled installing the new door twice, but did a great job once they arrived. Thank you!

The technician called to confirm our home location and his estimated arrival time. He was courteous, thoughtful and shared ideas on how to preserve our garage door. We would recommend this company to anyone seeking any garage door repair or installation.

Chris arrived as scheduled and performed the check up & lube as ordered. He explained everything as he went along and provided some advise on annual maintenance/lubes. He did not try to sell more that ordered and left his card in case I had any follow up questions or future needs. Very professional! I would highly recommend him and his company.
