Description of Work: Tuned up the garage door and returned one roller into the track and made adjustments to the bottom of the door. I had backed into the door with my car & bent it. They did all of this as part of the Angies List Garage Door Tune-up.

Description of Work: Provided a tune-up for my garage door. Greased everything and made sure the door was operating correctly. Also replaced the seal at the bottom of the door. Mi had a few bearings that were rusted and worn, so I had them replaced. I was very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: I purchased a garage door tune-up thinking that I needed it was time to for a garage tune-up. The repair person; after inspecting the garage door, recommended additional service which I didn't think I needed. Anyway, I decided to go ahead with the additional recommended service. I ended up paying an additional $100+ dollars in top of the tune-up deal from Angie's list. Four months later after the garage service the garage started malfunctioning, so I called Champion to come over and fix the issue. They came and fixed the issue after several missed schedule appointments. And again the repair person recommended additional service to avoid future issues. Well, I think the repair person are insensitive to sell additional service even if the service is not required. This time, I asked the repair person to fix the issue and not thanks for the additional recommended service. I hope I do not encounter additional issue with the garage door, but for sure I will not use Champion again.

Description of Work: It was a Big Deal for $39 Garage Door Tune-Up. It was just fine. He came and adjusted the door and gave us some hints for our old door. We were satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: Mike showed up right on time and gave my garage door a thorough inspection. He methodically walked me through the mechanics of the door's operation and what to keep an eye out for. He pointed out the areas that were in great shape and those that could stand for extra attention. He spent extra time explaining the pros and cons of extra services, and whether it made sense to purchase - his exact comment was, "I don't like spending other people's money". I did choose to replace the roller wheels as the existing ones were worn, and immediately noticed improvement in the operation and noise reduction. Entire visit was right around one hour. Mike was very professional and informative. I will use these folks again.

Description of Work: They did as they stated, added a new garage door sealer. Unfortunately it involved some additional work at a cost of another $130.00.

They were very knowledgeable and respectful. We will definitely call them when any repairs are needed in the future.

Description of Work: I purchased the $49 tuneup, but other services were needed as well, including some frayed steel cables that I was not aware of which could have snapped. Good service and technician was professional/thorough.

Description of Work: Paid for the tune-up, didn't know a spring was broken. It cost an additional $179. The guy was great and worked quickly. Posted a sticker by garage door opener to call in case of emergencies.
