Description of Work: Bought garage door tune-up special and found the reason I was having problems with the opener was due to the gear box being worn out. Mike replaced that as well as installing new nylon rollers and opener now works much better.

Description of Work: Purchased a garage door check up. They responded quickly, within days. Service person recommended changing rollers to further life of motor by demonstrating and explaining. I agreed; he was done within an hour. He was very professional and efficient, and left no mess! Will call again for service if needed.

Description of Work: I had Champion come out for a garage door tune-up; and had them change out the rollers while they were there. However, there were door opening difficulties twice after that (one related to the sensors, and the other I'm not sure about since I wasn't home when they came back) -- and they came back within a day both times to do the appropriate adjustments. All seems to be fine now. I'm appreciative of their desire to make things right and come back until it is right.
