Description of Work: Replaced rollers,lubricated hinges

Description of Work: Oiled rollers, general checkout. Advised to pay for nylon rollers, new rubber under door. Also said springs should be stronger which I had replaced a few years ago. Would cost addtional $300 to replace springs. Seems like once these contractors get to home with cheap price they get you to pay more for items needed which is justified in some cases.

Description of Work: Tune up, changing sensor

Description of Work: They fixed a section of the door opener that was rubbing and causing the door to stop mid opening. Plus they oiled all the moving parts.

Description of Work: they arrived right on time. All went well. Advised on some fixes that I could make to the door or delay for awhile. Gave an estimate of recommended repairs that they will honor in the future, should problems arise with the items they observed. Liked that professional assessment and set of recommendations.

Description of Work: The provider did an overall assessment and changed a few key moving parts to give me the best value. The work was done effiecently. I was very satisfied.

Description of Work: Garage door tune up. The tech arrived on time and did the prescribed service. One of the motor supports was broken, and he installed a new motor frame. He was courteous, professional and did the work in a timely fashion. I would use them again.

Description of Work: They replaced the garage door seal on the bottom of my door. It turned out to be more involved than normal since the bottom bracket had to be removed and the side rails were riveted over the bottom bracket. The side rails had to be taken off requiring them to come back the next day with two people to completely release the spring and reattach. They went above and beyond to make sure it was done right and they did not charge me anything extra for the additional work. They were pleasant and professional.

Description of Work: Serviced and inspected the garage doors. Put new weatherstripping on. |The only problem was we found the old weatherstripping in the bottom of our garbage can. We would have preferred that he ask for a bag to put it in. We don't like putting loose garbage in our can because it tends to end up on the street when they dump it. | |Otherwise we appreciated the excellent service.

I thought that was nice and not part of the service package I purchased. They made a positive impression and I will call them the next time I need service.

Description of Work: I bought and Angie's List deal for a garage door tune-up. They arrived on time, did the tune-up, took the time to explain maintenance that was required, and provided an estimate for the additional work. I will likely use them again for the remaining maintenance that's needed.
