I would highly recommend using Champion Garage Door. The service tech was great. He made sure that I understood all that was wrong with my door, and then after installing the new one, he made sure I knew how it worked, and how to take care of it. I would definitely use them again, and will be recommending them to my family and friends. You will get great service, and your door will look beautiful.

I made multiple outreaches to this firm, which was rated professional and responsive and heard NOTHING BACK. I made a phone call to the Angie's list phone number, to the actual direct number on the website, and I even used their "chat feature." The chat feature connected to Facebook messenger and the message was listed as "seen" one minute after it was sent, but I heard nothing back by chat, by text, by email, by phone, NOTHING. This provider is clearly not interested in a review of professional responsiveness, but I had my needs met by a great provider of service elsewhere--I just wish I had not trusted all the A reviews on this provider and waited a WHOLE DAY for them to respond.

the 1st time: I told him I would not be home 4:00 when we scheduled a particular day. He called me that morning and said he'd be out between 12 & 2:00. I told him AGAIN I wasn't home until 4 and he said he doesn't work then. SO, we talked about the next Saturday - he said he was available and pick a time. I told him 7/7:30 worked for me and he agreed since, he said, he was up by 5:30 anyway. He didn't show up until 8:20 and didn't call. He apologized and said he didn't remember agreeing to that time. I won't use him again!

After checking my garage door, the serviceman gave me a couple options for things that could be done. He said for $120, he'd recommend I change the door's rollers from metal to some type of plastic (maybe it was neoprene, I don't remember) and that it would quiet my garage door a lot. I decided that I was tired of the squeaky and loud noise so I had him put the new rollers in. It took about 5 minutes of his time plus the cost of the rollers. I can only hear an insignificant difference in sound. Just seems like a lot of money for what was done.

It went very well, was provided good information on maintaining the garage door. Recommended replacing the bottom seal, which I had done.

My old garage door was living its last days, and my garage door opener was a goner. I called Champion based on a personal referral and these Angie’s List reviews. Everyone was right! The in-person estimate and suggestions were spot on. (I didn’t feel like I was being sold anything more than what I needed.) The installation and final result were flawless. My only gripe is that I made an appointment for an estimate, and when I called that afternoon to ask if they were still coming, they didn’t have it on the books. But someone was at my house within an hour!

Said remote was inexpensive type so it will be noisy. Only worked on it for about 10 minutes and said he had another appointment but gave me estimate for a replacement. Will replace before winter.

Very easy to work with. I had a very good experience with them.

Replaced both springs and my garage is in the good shape now. This recommend to everyone that has garage problems.

I scheduled the tuneup through Angies List. They didn't show up or call to reschedule. They sent me a letter to review their work but they have not done the work.

Serviceman used my WD40 to "lubricate" the door. I thought at the time, he should have provided his own garage door lubricant. Later I learned that WD40 is not a lubricant and I ended up buying a maintenance plan from another company. Except for the lubrication, all other maitenance of the garage door was good. He tightened screws and showed me what needed to be lubricated and what screws were loose and he adjsted the door bottom seal.

He showed up on time, was cheerful and courteous. He looked it over and sprayed some silicone spray from an aerosol can onto the tracks, pointed out worn wheels and rusty tracks, and recommended a new door & track system. I didn't keep the original Angie's List offer (it was done almost a month ago) so maybe I was wishful reading, but it felt like he was there more to make a bigger sale than to perform any maintenance on the present one. I expected more hands-on, not just inspection.

Chris repaired my garage door last year through Angie's List and he did a fantastic job. He did a great job again this year and he taught me how to lubricate certain parts of the door during the year. Great customer service and quality work.

Very well. I learned a lot from this gentleman. I didn't realize that the grime on bottom of door could cause door to rust. Also that hinges needed to be lubricated 4 times a year. Passing this info on to friends.

I received a quote over the phone (lowest of 3 places) to repair the broken spring and installer Chris was scheduled to come out the next day. When he arrived he shared how much our entire door, rollers, etc. will need to be replaced- everything was about 26 years old. We knew we wanted a new opener at some point that includes a key pad opener. Chris patiently sat with me for over an hour walking me through my options and we decided to replace the whole thing. We love love our new door! Chris did a terrific job installing!! Highly recommend Champion Garage Door!

The technician was great. Explained what the trouble areas are on a garage door and how to prevent breakdowns and rust.

The door itself and the installation are fine but the guy was supposed to be at our house between 8 and 11. My husband took a half day PTO. At 12 he called to say he was ruining late, at 1 when my husband called to see how much longer he'd be the guy from Champion screamed and swore at him. My husband called the manager who apologized but didn't actually did anything. No discount for the extreme tardiness (my husband ended up missing his entire work day) or for the very rude behavior. We spent way too much to be treated that badly.

Rob was able to get it back in the track And straightened it out s much as he could.

Job went well. They were very thorough in the work and pointed out things that needed replacing without being high pressure about it. I was consistently kept in touch through the process as I was not there personally while they were working on the job. I felt the work done was fair for the price and would definitely use them again
