The services provided were done as expected and I am overall pleased.

Very well. They arrived on time with all the materials and installed it efficiently. A year later, as of this writing, the door is operating flawlessly.

Scheduled for 10/16, and called when I hadn't heard from them on a time. They had me down for 10/17 in error. I proceeded with the 10/17 date. They were supposed to call 730-830am to tell me the time of appt. They did not call me, so I had to call to find out when they were coming.

Very well, our torque spring randomly gave up the ghost on us, and (Chris ? ) came out and did a great job explaining everything and getting up back up and running

Really will give an overall A, but it's not entirely accurate. There's one serious issue, but maybe it was just circumstance. You decide. It's a long story with a good ending. Apparently this week was challenging for Champion. I called on Wednesday. After calling several, Champion was the only vendor with whom I talked to the person who actually did the work. He thought it could be a simple repair for $89, if no parts were needed. He said he would work me into a full day on Thursday, However, I failed to ask for a timeframe. I called on Thursday to enquire, no reply all day. In the meantime, many other vendors approached me and I was tempted, but few offered such straightforward assessment. So, I stayed with him. On Thursday night he said he would come on Saturday morning from 8-10. Didn't show. So, I called again. He came over immediately. He did the repair and inspected everything fully. He did not charge me anything. So...I guess, for me, honesty wins. While waiting for him to show up I read reviews of other vendors who, despite good ratings, clearly do repairs that are unnecessary or replace things that could be fixed. One always feels so vulnerable. So, honesty is huge for me. In the end, of course, I would use him again. Everyone appreciates someone who owns up to their mistakes and makes amends so openly. However, if you use him, do not hesitate to call if he doesn't show up or call you in a timely manner. Maybe that's why the other companies all had someone else answering the phone. And, for that matter, paying that person- with your money. It's hard to work, schedule and answer the phone at the same time. If anything goes haywire in your day, something will suffer. For me that was not being informed of what was happening . However, patience paid off for me. Give him the benefit of the doubt, he's honest. And that's #1.

Very well and we talked about some other repairs. Service person (Chris?) was very nice and gave me a referral for other work I need to have done.

Went well..technicians explained what they were doing, but did have a habit of calling out builder grade material and "you should do...", which was them trying to sell more services.

He performed the work very efficiently and neatly, showed me what to do for maintenance. I am very happy with the work performed.

The price of the opener and the work quality seemed fine. But the repair guy tried to scare me into replacing several parts that were not broken. Eventually, I was scared into replacing the cable. Once it was taken out, it did not look frayed or in any danger of breaking like he was leading me to believe. I feel that the special on replacing the garage door opener is part of a scam to get into my garage and then sell me things that I don't really need. Beware!

the technician came on time, but did the job in a hurried manner so that there were a few nicks on the garage wall when doing the spring replacement. No warranty paperwork was given. Price is good for the spring replacement, but not sure how long it will last as the cycle count was not mentioned in any document nor the warranty details.

Installation was fast and technician was knowledgeable.

Great service, the technician was here right on time, did great service, offered a great price, and gave us some tips on maintaining care of our new spring. A great service experience.

It was fine. He got here on time, actually he was late but that was no big deal, and fixed the door that's all. He did everything fine, he was very friendly, but just that he was late, like hours more late, he had reasons, so I don't really get upset about stuff like that, because I work out of my house. It was a good deal. The quality was good, I didn't feel like he was gonna try and screw me over because I was a woman. I felt comfortable what he did and he explained what he did. It was fine, I would do it again. He showed up, but not on time, but I don't want it to reflect a grade. Things happen for reasons you can't control. He was very personable. I would consider using them again in the future.

They came when they scheduled the appointment and got done with the tuneup shortly and left it in better shape than when they came.

Service was thorough and tech was prompt, pleasant and careful. We appreciated the identification of another repairable item that he fixed at the same time. Now we will avoid wintertime problems. Thank you.

The first guy who came out said I needed to replace all the wheels on the door ,because that was the problem. He did it, and it cost me $150 in addition to what I paid to Angie's list, which seemed excessive. Didn't take him very long at all. Still had the problem. Another guy came out and said it was the sensors out of line with each other. Fixed them and it has worked fine. At least they didn't charge me for the second visit.
