Description of Work: Provider was to contact us to set up time for service within two days after order. Received an email from Angie's List asking if this occurred. Provider did not make contact. Responded "no" to AL. AL intervened and reported that the provider would contact us shortly. No contact from provider. AL asked again if contacted. Responded "no". Lost confidence in this provider and asked AL to cancel the deal and credit the Visa charge. Provider finally called late Sunday evening to set up service "in a few days". Advised provider that we cancelled the deal and would find another provider for our need.We wish the $99 on our Visa to be credited quickly or send us a refund. Thank you.

Once that was finally corrected on Angies List side we contacted you to set up your service. We even offered to complete it at no cost to you which you declined. Sorry for the confusion and we will still offer our service to you at no cost should you choose to contact us. Thanks.
