We made an awful mistake hiring Larson Remodeling. The communication was terrible, we never knew when or what was happening and Brad kept getting details wrong because he was not writing anything down. The project took 8 weeks to complete and we probably had people working in the house a total of 5-7 days. By the end my husband wanted to fix things himself just so we wouldn't have to deal with the contractor anymore. Also, our tile was layer the wrong way and Brad refused to fix it. The tile layer asked him which direction to lay it and Brad told him what he thought, but he never asked us, the homeowners! When we told him it was going in the wrong direction he said he was sorry and was unwilling to do anything to fix it. It surprises me that he is still in business after the customer service we received. During the 8 weeks three different neighbors asked if we would give them a referral and we said absolutely not in good faith. The people Brad worked with were nice. Overall we had a very bad experience with Larson Remodeling and wish we had not hired them.

Brad came up with a very competitive bid, won the contract, and built the deck in 2.5 days. Deck was 25' X 8.5' X 10'. The deck is beautiful. Thank you Brad!

We were very pleased with the superior quality of their work. Most importantly we liked all of their good suggestions and ideas that we hadn't even considered that made the outcome better than we had imagined! We were also very happy with their reasonable prices and the timeliness in which the work was done.
