The toilet work was completed quickly but because I have an old home, stopping the leak in the sink proved to be very tricky. We ended up just buying and installing a new faucet and handle set. Took a long time but he did not charge me per hour. He gave me a free estimate up front, including parts, then charged me for any additional parts that were needed due to complications. It took him all day to complete the job on a Saturday, with a few trips to Home Depot, but in the end it turned out all right.
Description of Work: He replaced the pump and flapper in the toilet tank to stop leak. Also installed new faucet to stop dripping in the sink.
