+ -1 moreThey were very reasonably priced and even included a 30% federal tax deduction incentive. They did a great job of evaluation and preparation. They are very rustworthy and stand by their work. They are good to work with and prompt and did what they said they were going to do. They also included lots of data support.

+ -1 moreVery good. No problems. No issues. Please note the the price I paid was net after a 30% federal tax deduction on total cost, and a $400 CLP federally authorized tax deduction on the heat exchanger.

+ -1 moreOur overall experience was great. This contractor has a passion for what they do and this pays off with a quality job.
Description of Work: We had a ground source heat pump system installed. The excavating subcontractor dug a 100' x 25' x 8'deep trench for ground coils and 50 foot trench to house in one day . The heat pump install took a couple of days and the system has been working wonderfully. This company specializes in ground source heat and it pays to go with experience in this type of system. Both Mark Sakry and Garrett Sakry are a pleasure to deal with. The only negatives so far are the disruption of the lawn and the time it takes to grow grass. This can't be helped so is not a fault, just an inconvenience that comes with this type of system.
