Carpet was pretty good. They laid Luon down prior to vinyl. Where seams of old vinyl under luon were, there was no leveling material used allowing for seam/hump to show thru. Pretty much the expense they recommended for luon did nothing for quality of finished product. Carpet store has installers they hire to lay their products, when issues in laying quality come into play....."customer service".......They want you to deal with layer, the store washes their hands of this.

Installers left a ridge in the carpet at the seam that can be seen from the top of the steps. There are ridges and bumps that follow the seam. The steps that were also carpeted and there are areas that the carpet does not lay flat. Trying to resolve my problems has been impossible, my salesman takes an aggressive attitude and chides me for complaining even though no one has come to look at my complaint.

Carpet selection is top notch. Great service from the team. They had carpet installers ready to go and my installation was well done and the installer was friendly and helpful as well as early for the scheduled time.
