Called at 3:30 on a friday afternoon very professional on the phone came out at 5:30 on that same day with appropriate parts and equipment job completed and they were polite and explained what they were doing and why i will use them again

Answered my service request on Sunday and set time to come out later in week. He showed up right on time as we scheduled. Had all parts and tools with him in his van. Finished the job efficiently. Good communicator, punctual, worked out a solution to the repair and got it done. Would definitely recommend to others.

Very well. He came to estimate at 12:40 on 4/7/14. To my surprise, he was able to start the work around 1:00. Finished at 4:25. Very systemic, efficient, professional. He knows very well about what he was doing. The price was very fair. He was very honest, straight forward. Very reliable person that you can count on. I will use his service again and will recommend to all my friends and colleagues. Best plumber I have ever seen!

He did great, came out for the estimate, came back when he said he would and came in under budget. I had called several other plumbers and no one followed through but him.

Prompt and efficient. Did an excellent job. was at the job when he said and finished without interruption. he is very good. probably not the cheapest but his service and honesty is worth what the price is.

arrived on time, looked at tank turned of pump and ran water and I had to run out to garage and get air in air tank to put in pressure tank. and found bladder was leaking air when all water was spent. then messed with pressure switch and he concluded it seems to be faulty but it works for now. he recomends new pressure tank replacement. if it would have been a little more resonable price to tell me what i already knew I may have called him to replace.

TIM THOMPSON PLUMBING and HEATING I have used Tim Thompson Plumbing and Heating, a couple years ago to install a walk in tub, removed the old one, put in wall tiles, floor tiles, installed the plumbing for the spa like tub, ran the electrical for the spa and we were so pleased with his work. We just used him recently again, and the job we gave him was a pain in the neck job and he did a very good job on it. He had to locate the well, the ground was covered in snow and frozen, all the plumbing had been stolen out of the house so, he had to figure out how to get the water out of the well. First he had to figure out what kind of a well it was, what kind of a pumping system it was (the pump had been stolen), install the new pump, valves and fittings in the basement. Got water samples which failed the test so, he let the water run for 24 hours, came back out, took more samples which passed. He is very accommodating returns my calls right away and picks up his phone when you call him, he gave me a ridiculously cheap price but, I didn't get a ridiculously cheap plumber, he did an excellent job and he is a fun guy.

Tim was great. We needed help with plumbing on a kitchen redo. When he arrived he got right to work and when he finished tested everything. Beyond that, he noticed a problem (smell in the water) and asked a couple of questions about my water heater, then based on my response went on to fix a problem I didn't know I had. After that he fixed another problem (minor) with the dishwasher that he noticed (again didn't know I had the problem).On top of that, the price was really fair and reasonable.So, all in all a very positive experience. Exactly what you hope for from a professional but rarely get.Tiim's number goes up on the fridge for whenever we need a plumber.Thanks Tim.Paul

Long story short. One morning I woke up to noise and the house was shaking. I went outside and found the workers were digging out the area to replace their part of the pipes. In shock, I called Tim and told him they were digging out the area now! Tim was at another job but came over to my house to check on the status of the dig. The city engineer had not contacted him yet but as he was there and we were looking at the setup, I asked him if he could move the cities main shut off as it was located in the middle of my driveway, which was added work from what his quote included. He said he could and after speaking with the supervisor of the crew that was digging in the street in front of my house Tim said he could do my job that afternoon. This was about 10 am. End of story. I had left the house about 11 am and returned about 4 pm and when I got home the area where the city workers were doing their work was completely filled in and I didn't see any hole in my yard where Tim would have to dig to get the connection into my house! I thought " Oh nuts! My work did not get done! It's going to cost me a mint!" but when I called Tim to ask why my work was not done, he said they had completed it! I went down to my basement and he had done everything I asked and more! And, as noted earlier, it was done so well that I didn't even notice it was done! I had forgotten about this until this morning when I checked Angie's List for a plumber to do some work on my bathroom and as I was going to call Thompson Plumbing I thought I should check on the guy who did the job for me last fall. I opened my file and found it was Tim Thompson! Anyway, I called him just before I started this review and left a message. I just got the return call and have scheduled him to do the work on my bathroom. I will report on that later, but expect to make the same report. He does A+ work.

Tim was so good that my mother in law fed them lunch every day they were there.

We called Tim on Friday morning thinking he might be able to do the job over the weekend while we were up there, or stop by and see what it might entail. He said he'd be able to go take a look right away. When we got up that same afternoon, he had already been there and done the job. He saw that we needed new shower faucets so replaced those too. In this area, it is often hard to get service people to even return phone calls much less get the work done so quickly. If it's customer service you want, Tim Thompson Plumbing and Heating is the right place to call.

They did a beautiful job, stayed on the job every day until done, cleaned up the job site and it turned out better than we hoped for, in other words it turned out perfect. The finishing details left a very professional looking job and my mother was totally pleased. Mom was very comfortable with Tim Thompson and his crew and even the building inspector said the quality of Tim Thompson's work is always the highest. I definitely will contact him when I remodel my bath, which I hope to do next winter.
