We hired Swenson Electric to complete an update to our electric service, add new gfi outlets, install new light fixtures, outlets and switches. Simple enough right? Wrong!! The entire process was a nightmare! It took twice as long as originally quoted, they wired things incorrectly including our well pump, didnâ t complete some of the work quoted, and somehow caused us to lose lighting in our upper floor. He was not responsive when we called or texted or left messages. We later learned that his crew was unlicensed and should not have been working without supervision by a licensed electrician! When the electrical inspector came out to close out the permit, we discovered many more issues that had to be corrected. When he came out to correct these issues, he was combative, rude and just plain unprofessional. Fast forward 6 months and we find out that he installed the incorrect outdoor electrical meter service panel! Now the power company is trying to reach him to correct the issue. Do NOT hire Swenson Electric for even the smallest projects.

I had Nathan come out and give me a quote to wire my pole building and told him I wanted 3 garage door outlets installed, the garage door sensors connected for my commercial door openers, 2 outlets for 220, 2 outside lights mounted along with a couple of 20 amp outlets. When his guys arrived, they installed the 220 outlets and left an open hole in the box where someone (my granddaughter) could have put her finger in. They installed the 20 amp outlets with a 20 amp breaker and 15 amp wire. They mounted one of the outside lights in the wrong location and told me they did not know I wanted garage door opener outlets installed. After installing the opener outlets, they wired the garage door sensors and burned out a circuit board in the opener. It took 4 trips back to correct the problems. If you want quality electrical installation, find a different electrical contractor, I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone!!

I would highly recommend Swenson Electric.They were on time,The employee that worked on my electrical problem was very polite and took the time to explain what the problem was.Fixed the problem in a short time . I was very satisfied.
