+ -1 moreWe never did get that estimate. The verbal price seemed reasonable given the warranty but it means nothing to us if it is not on paper. They seemed more concern with selling credit than selling windows. Fine for a young family but not appropriate for a couple in their 60's.nearing retirement. I would have preferred a cash discount.
Description of Work: We asked for an estimate on replacing our windows. We didn't know if we were ready to replace our windows right away but Anderson advertises that the estimate is good for a year. After sizing the windows and even testing for lead, the salesperson asked for a decision for around a $200 savings without even being able to receive a printed copy of what they wanted us to agree to. We asked for a printed estimate and we were told that it would have to be sent to us. For their convenience, we gave them our e-mail address.
