Description of Work: Responsive in coming to my home for quotation for an A/C new installation quote. The pitfall is they gave me a verbal estimate and promised to follow-up in writing with a firm quotation, which they never did nor did they follow-up with phone call, thus I was disappointed and questioned their integrity and business ethics related to follow-through/up with an installation/purchase of the A/C product. If they didn't want to do the job, it would have been more appreciative of a forthright and honest answer of communicating to me they desire not to do the work.

+ 0 moreIf we have any problems with plumbing or heating, this is the company we always call. They come on time, they are dependable, do a good job and I would highly recommend them to others.
Description of Work: They installed a new water heater. The old one was under warranty and therefore we only had to pay for the installation.

+ 0 moreBoth technicians arrived at just about the same time, within five minutes of their scheduled appointment. They introduced themselves and ensured they were at the right address. They were professional in appearance and actions. After I explained the many things that I wanted fixed, the plumber got his supplies and went to work. He worked non-stop - without taking a phone call or any other type of break, until he was finished with the job. He worked very quickly and cleaned up any mess that his work created. The furnace man took the time to explain to me the history of my furnace (since he had performed maintenance and repairs on it with the previous homeowner), and showed me how to properly change a filter. He also worked non-stop until he was finished. I would choose Pike Plumbing and Heating for any future needs that we might have. They are professional, efficient, and very reasonably priced.
Description of Work: We hired the heating portion of Pike Plumbing and Heating to complete a furnace tune-up and cleaning, and we had the plumber from there install several shut-offs, remove a water softener, clean a floor drain, and repair a faucet.
