PHIL'S HEATING & AIR COND

Phil responded to my message, came on Saturday and stopped the leak, then returned on Monday. He had been recommended by the fellow who does handyman work for us so I was able to trust the house to him while I was gone. Returned home 8 days later to find a shiny new tank and improved system to shut off water. Considering that he made two service calls, the price was not so bad and the work was top notch!

Phil's installed a side by side unit for heat, air and humidity control in my outbuilding two years ago. The unit kept freezing up and the manufacturer finally agreed to replace it after many phone calls and frustration. The second unit isn't working properly, either although the problem is different. I started calling Phil's last spring as I was having trouble regulating the temperature. When I finally got through to him, he said he would call the manufacturer and call me back the following week. I have never received a phone call from him and I have not continued to call. I'm giving him Cs and one D because he did make an effort to fix and then replace the first unit (after authorization from the manufacturer).

Went Great. Very proffesional and spend a great deal of time explaining everything we needed to know. When they left, you would never even know that they were there except the house was cool. I will trust this company to service all my heating and air needs in the future
