Mike and his crew were fantastic. They were very flexible and accommodating of our schedule. After some unforeseen circumstances, they kept with us and added even more to the contracted project. The end result is gorgeous.

It was good. I contacted 7 roofers and he's the only that got back to me. They communicated well and willing to work if there's any changes. The workers showed up time, they were fast, efficient, and clean.

PRO's 1) Returned my call same day as inquiry. 2) Visited my property next day. 3) Called me from my property with quote. 4) Roof was installed two days later. 5) Was willing to take over when another roofing contractor left us high-and-dry. CON's 1) I have to dig deep for a con. The price for labor was higher than we had anticipated, but we needed the roof installed before the first snowstorm hit. We were really happy with the service we received from Mike and we would gladly recommend them to our friends & family.

Very shabby work performed by Mike and his team. Seemed only interested in getting the job done quickly and with little effort towards detail. We experienced leaks in 2 of the units and had to battle Mike over taking care of the problem. Mike neglected to have the building inspector check his work and avoided calling the inspector when the job was initially completed. I would advise avoiding this roofer at all cost.

The price was right and the craftsmanship was outstanding! The roof looks great!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. From our first contact to the finished product our expectations were meet and then some. We had three estimates. They were the only one to get on the roof AND offered to repair an obvious problem area. Kris promptly grab his equipment and made the repair. He reluctantly accepted a minimal fee. They returned calls and answered all questions in a timely manner. They were on site as promised, with a courteous, congenial crew. We knew once the old roof was off there were likely to be undetectable issues. (the roof was old and in obvious disrepair - leaks). We were offered more than one solution with price quotes. Considering the additional repairs needed and weather (rain) they finished in a reasonable time frame. Once the job was finished they returned the area, at the very least, as good as they found it. The roofs look better than we anticipated. We had a couple of questions after the completion and Mike came back at our convince and answered them to our satisfaction. All this for a reasonable cost!

Great job done 1 week earlier then estimated and the price came in a little under the price estimate as well, Very professional workers and cleaned as they worked. Would hire them again!

When we got the estimate we were told 2-3 weeks for scheduling, but they got to it within a week. Showed up on time, did a great job, including cleanup. Moved all my potted flowers and covered the landscaping that would be affected. Very professional. A truck delivering shingles damaged a spot in the asphalt drive and they are going to fix that. Very pleased! Price was within a couple hundred dollars of other estimates.

Response was quick, price was good. Help was excellent, not a single curse word all day, very professional. Clean up could not have been better. Plantings were covered to prevent damage. I had worked construction for 50 years prior to this and every thing was done correctly without my having to say a word. My previous experience with several other roofers in Aitkin County was horrible.

They showed up on time. We had no issues, they were very tidy and informative about the job as well. I do believe the price we paid was reasonable. We got an estimate on the spot and that was the price we paid for the finished job.

The roofer arrived a day early and evaluated the damage. He asked if we had any replacement shingles since he had none. I provided a couple of replacement shingles. He patched the damage and glued the replacement shingles with a tar substance. The job was finished in about 15 minutes. He checked the roof for additional damage when asked. A minimum charge for a service call applied. I was pleased with the service and professionalism of the roofer.
