The Electric Etc. team was highly responsive, punctual, professional and effective. They offered ideas and alternatives to what I needed to have done. They contacted me quickly and provided quick responses to any questions. The electrician's arrived on time and were very professional. I highly recommend Electric Etc. and will definitely use them again.

Electrical Etc. provided a written bid estimate and I accepted it. They arranged a day to do the remove and install to my liking. The workers arrived on time. They had already contacted the electrical company to disconnect the main power. After the main power was disconnected, the electric meter was moved above the snow line. The workers were very thorough, answered all my questions and concerns, they wasted no time doing the install. They cleaned up and removed all the debris after they were through with the install. I asked if they would take the cashier's check for the work and they politely informed me they never handle the money. The invoice arrived several days later and was detailed and as agreed. I was thrilled at how well this went and the integrity of the workers.

I was very happy with their professionalism. They were straight forward about what should or shouldn't be done in regards to the wiring. They could have easily padded the bill and spent lots of time cleaning up our previous homeowner's wiring mess. Instead they did a very economical but thorough job. I have had them out again for some additional work. And they did another great job.
