lawn mower repair
+ -1 moreMower was returned with the blade installed upside down and it wouldnt start. They claimed that the mower needed the carb cleaned. Mower was New with less than 2 hours run time.
Description of Work: Brought the mower in for warrrenty due to hard start and rough running , mower was less than 1 month old and had less than 2 hours run time.Company Attempted to fix lawnmower. Received lawnmower back with blade installed upside down and it came apart after first pull on the cord. Luckily I turned it over to find the blade hanging by one thread of the bolt, could have caused serious injury had the mower started.Claimed to have cleaned the carburator. Mower was new with less than 2 hours run time. Service was not performed and the mower was in worse shape than when it was dropped off. I put the mower blade back on correctly and the mower still doesnt start.

+ -1 moreTHIS SNAPPER DEALER HAD OUR MOWER FOR 10 WEEKS UNTIL THEY FINALLY WERE ABLE TO GET IT RUNNING. I HAD TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER TO FINALLY GET THESE PEOPLE TO FIX THE MOWER. WE PICKED UP THE MOWER THE FIRST TIME AND IT STILL DID NOT RUN. WE STOPPED BY NUMEROUS TIMES AND THEY HAD NOT EVEN LOOKED AT IT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE!! AVOID.
Description of Work: RIDING MOWER NOT RUNNING PROPERLY, INSTALLED NEW CARBURETOR.
