+ 0 moreThere were issues with professionalism and timeliness, given that we were working against a deadline set by the homeowner's insurance, who had required the roof replacement to continue coverage. But the primary issues were that he removed our gutters and threw them away, without our express permission and not intending to replace them, and that it was through this that we learned he is unlicensed and did the work without a permit from the city.
Description of Work: Was hired to replace roof underlay and shingles.
