A-1 STEAM BROTHERS

Description of Work: I was extremely disappointed in this companies lack of professionalism and response times. I had e-mailed the company for a quote around July 11th. I received a response on July 17th with a quote which was reasonable, and they had also given options for additonal services as well. My husband called them a few times and was never able to reach a live person. He therefore left a message, and a week later we had still not received a return call. I e-mailed the company back asking them to please contact us, and was told by my husband that two days after that, the woman called stating she had left a message on someone elses phone, and they called her stating she had the wrong number. She was also not polite to my husband, and was instead rather flippant, even though it was her mistake. My husband stated they discussed a few things, and he was going to follow-up with her via e-mail with details, etc. and she would call him back for confirmation. Needless to say, it is now almost a week later, and we have had no return call. I will not be using this company, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend them either.

Description of Work: I used A-1 Steam Brothers for duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. I moved the smaller furniture and they moved the larger pieces. If you have pets, let them know, they treat those problem areas. You will need to leave your door propped open so that the lines from their trucks can run through the house. Consider the outside temperature when you have your carpets cleaned.
