About us

Cozy Concepts is a family ran business with over 15 years of experience in the fireplace and HVAC industry. We offer year round installations, both new construction and retro (existing). We also carry quality units like Buck stoves and Napoleon fireplaces in our showroom. In 2013 we added outdoor furniture, gas and charcoal grills and firerings. Being a small business we still operate with on a cash or check basis. Large purchases require 50% down at time of order and balance at install or you receiving the product.

Services we offer

We are a bonded and insured HVAC and fireplace company. We service everything we sell and most any fireplace unit on the market. Our HVAC service is limited to units we sell. Cozy concepts also performs chimney cleanings and visual inspections of the chimney and unit. If flues are cracked or unsafe we can reline them and or replace them as needed. We do all these services 12 months a year. We also have a small showroom with approx. 20 gas and wood burning fireplaces to see.

We have used Adam in the past. He is very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He replaced a coupler, removed an unnecessary part that was decreasing the effectiveness of the stove and cleaned the unit.
Description of Work: Repair of Vermont Casting Propane Stove with part replacement and 50 mile drive to our home.
