Everyone has been very nice and professional. It is still not done yet and we were promised by our salesman it would be finished by the end of August. We have had to take 3 days off instead of just one so far. Quality seems very good on what is done.

I didn't realize when I spoke with the rep that the interior window frames would not be replaced with the windows but I actually love having the original interior frames. It looks better for my older home.

The installer was very professional and respectful of my home as he worked. I really like the finished product!

They got to out place a little later than we expected but when Dan s crew got, they didn t waste any time getting to work.

Customer service is the absolute worst they messed my bathroom doors up and I cannot for the life of me get anyone to come fix the issue as soon as they got their money I was dust in the wind.

A trustworthy company. They did their job and did it well. Not a 5-star review because nobody is absolutely perfect, but they showed up and performed when and how they were supposed to. That says a lot in today's construction industry. They're expensive but worth it for the above stated reasons.

In my 48 years, this is the worst experience I have had in any realm of home ownership. There were wrong measurements resulting in an order for different windows, causing significant delays. When the reordered windows finally came, the frame on one of them was broken. Significant delay #2. Not only will I NEVER use this company again, I will not trust Home Advisor again. Extremely disappointed on all levels.

Replaced all windows and patio door. Did just what they said that they would do. Sent an update email every couple weeks while the windows were being constructed. Install went very smoothly. Only unexpected delay has been getting the city building inspector out here now that work has been completed.

Wayne did a fantastic job of installing a new bathtub and surround. He was on time, friendly and was very particular about doing the job perfectly. I would highly recommend Wayne and YHIC!

This company schedules quickly and has the best windows and prices.
