He did an excellent job. Second time we used this company and I will again!

The cleaning date was twice delayed due to weather. Nate made sure that alternate dates were agreeable to us. On the third date (too much rain earlier!) he showed up at the appointed time and did a great job washing the windows. They have never sparkled like this before. We will definitely be using him again.

It went great .. .they did what they said they would do, on time and in good order.

Nate contacted me promptly and was flexible on doing the work to meet my schedule. He phoned me to tell me he was running behind schedule, which was unnecessary (I did not need to be home) but appreciated. He offered to haul away a small dead bush for $10, which I took him up on. I appreciated that he checked all the downspouts and cleaned up the dried leaves from the gutters.

Our gutters turned out to be pretty clean, so not much for them to do.

The serviceman was polite, informative and followed up.

It went fine. I wasn't here when they cleaned, but I checked afterwards and the gutters and downspouts all seemed to be washed out.

They ultimately did a fine job, but had no-showed for the appointment and did not repsond to emails or voicemails until Angie's List got in touch with them. Not dependable.

Company performed service requested. Scheduling was a bit disjointed, with the company apparently utilizing a scheduling platform not integrated with Angie's List in any way, despite the purchase being coordinated and completed via the site. In any case, after a phone call or two, I was told that scheduling was pending for the following week. The company came to the home and completed the service without my even having known (I was not at home during the service - mid-week during business hours). It appeared to have been done professionally. Only thing preventing an A grade was that the company did not remove the ivy from section of gutters/roof where it was spreading. I suspect that this was based on past experiences whereupon homeowners might have desired to let ivy spread, however, I have no desire to have it clogging gutters and/or ruining roof shingles and would have welcomed a call to clarify, from the service provider. As the roof on that side of the home is ~30ft up, I'm not in a position to easily remove this myself (thus the use of a provider such as this one). Other than that oversight, all was good.

They Did what the deal stated, and did a good job. I will use them again.

No complaints. He even trimmed some ivy vines surrounding the gutters.

Once I called to find out where they were as they did not arrive during the window of time they gave. I was called and told they would arrive within 30 min. which they did. Provided the service they were hired to provide. Would probably hire them again if the price remains the same.

The gutters were cleaned so that part was satisfactory. The guy who came out tried to sell me gutter guards. Although I'm no fan of pressure sale, that's not a huge issue. But when he was giving me information about different options, he asked if I had a boyfriend and whether I lived alone. That was really unnerving as he was in my house at that point and the questions had nothing to do with the work. I would recommend that Windows of Hope vet their employees carefully and ensure that they are professional on the job. i won't be using them again.

I have no more to say, the service was great, and the man who came was excellent in every way and thoughtful.

When I first booked this appointment the offer was $135.00 for 25 panes. When he first arrived we went through the house together and discussed which windows were to be cleaned and he started to work right away. A few minutes into it he asked me if I wanted the storm windows cleaned and I was confused. I thought the price included 25 windows but he showed me that in fact the offer stated 25 panes not windows. I was upset and he said he would do them for a discounted price and I agreed to that. However in looking at other competitors on Angies they were quoting $221.00 or $225(I can't remember) and because he was so nice to offer me a discount, I decided to pay him what the competitors were asking since it was my mistake in not reading the offer correctly. He was very appreciative and offered some suggestions to lower the cost the next time I had it done. He did a fantastic job and was here maybe 4 hours?(sorry, it was awhile ago & I don't remember).

Great, friendly and on time

The service guy showed up right on time, checked all the downspouts and made sure they were clear, and cleared a couple places the gutters were clogged. He did everything quickly and without making a mess. And the price was HALF what other quotes I got would have been (I think because he just did the pieces I asked for, and didn't try to do the whole roof line where it didn't need it).

What an absolute delight to have such complete professional service. Nate kept me apprised of timing and cost every step of the way. He is a hard worker and completed the work to my full satisfaction. He is courteous and takes pride in doing a good job. The exterior of my house looks wonderful. I will definitely use their services again. And I will let my friends know about Windows of Hope. What a find.
